Deception or delusional

The house is just as pictured. It’s beautiful! However, when a house can accommodate 16 people why aren’t the cooking utensils large enough to cook for 16 people? There’s 1 X-Large pot, 2 large pots, 1 small baking pan with other small pots. No wash clothes or dish towels. There’s a grill present at the house but we were told we had to rent a grill from somewhere else. Our arrival was on Thursday, the smoke detector battery needed to be replaced. Communication was made to have it replaced. The battery wasn’t replaced until Saturday evening. The constant sound of “your battery needs to be replaced” ring in the ears of the people who slept upstairs. The WiFi was out our first night in the house. Oh the house is next to the dumpster. Trash is picked up daily. When you’re sitting on the patio and in the pool you constantly hear the trash being thrown away.

Excellent house

The vacation rental was excellent exactly how discribed. There were a few minor problems but the host came and handled immediately. Will stay again love the gated community

Avoid this one…place is a disaster

You can check my profile, I stay at vacation homes many times each year. Never have I given anything but a good review, takes a lot for me to feel the need to give a low score. However, this place was terrible. Worst place I have EVER stayed at. I seriously believe the place has never been cleaned, the cleaners literally just throw the blankets and sheets back on the bed. When we pulled down the blankets and sheets the beds were full of other peoples hair, dirt stains, crumbs from food, etc. EVERY bed was that way. There was mustard on the ceiling, still food crumbs on the kitchen counters. Not a single bit of soap in the house. No dish soap or dish towels or even paper towels. No trash sacks. Kitchen amenities horrible..not even a cutting board. Hot tub never heated up. I can keep going and going with a list as long as my arm….but hopefully you get the point. These owners simply DO NOT care about the condition of their house and could care less about providing a good service. Avoid this place at all costs! There are far too many other options in The Orlando area.

Very nice!

The house was very clean and had plenty of room for 7 adults and 6 teenage girls. Had a few minor issues. The host was quick to respond and took care of it. I'd stay here again.

Family Vacay for 16

4 families, with people aged 6-60, thoroughly enjoyed this home! The home was clean and exactly like pictured in the ad. The house was beautiful. The heated pool was the perfect temperature. The is reference to disney, the home was within 15 minutes. The club house had a repsrt like feel. The lazy river was great, but you will need your own float. Groceries, shopping, everything was good. The one drawback was that there was a grill on the property but it was locked. I would've paid an extra $100 to use it, no question. That was the only feature the house was missing. There were enough towels, linens, dishes, etc to suit the party. Nothing was broken. All the tvs worked, despite the prior review making us nervous, after booking. This house provided a great experience and we can't wait to get back!!

Good and Bad all in one

Enjoyed Orlando and have been numerous times but the stay at the house we were at was absolutely horrible. Wasn’t able to get any assistance after texting host about things broken and TVs not working upon arrival for stay. House was not cleaned and had many issues that needed attention and never received any help or wasn’t able to get in contact with emergency nor host especially for the price of stay. Wasn’t able to use pool, 3 TVs did not work showers were dirty before even using. Orlando was beautiful and family of 15 enjoyed. Just needed things addressed and never was able to get any assistance. Will try again but with someone else. We have never had issues like this. KG
