The condo was great! We had enough toilet paper, dish detergent, soap and shampoo for our entire 4 night stay, which was supplied by the condo owner. They thought of everything, even down to rain ponchos! My husband, two adult daughters and I were very comfortable staying here. I would definitely stay again.

The condo was excellent! From the booking through the stay, everything went very smooth and the place is great. Contacted through the app with the management company went very smooth. When we arrived, the place was very clean and the temperature inside the condo was perfect. There were signs, labels and instructions on everything there so no guessing! There were two families at the condo and plenty of room. Never felt like it was too small or crowded. Kids sleep on double bed and the pull out couch, and no complaints from either!The two king bedrooms were both done very well and comfortable. Check out was easy and seamless. Location: excellent! You are less than 5 mins from Epic Universe. There is a Publix, subway, pizza place, burger place and steakhouse about a block away! The location is also easy to get to and the traffic isn’t the normal Orlando craziness. Overall the trip was awesome and we will def be back!

The place was spacious, inviting, and very clean. We enjoyed the covered, outdoor balcony (especially to watch the thunderstorms roll in) and loved the very comfortable king bed in the master bedroom. We also appreciated the small items of soaps, lotions, and laundry pods that were available for our use. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Little Get Away!

We needed a place close to all the parks in a nice resort. This listing has it all! Communication was great, no issues getting into the gated community or the unit. Three Bedroom (two kings and one queen), 2 Full Baths (one en suite- one common use for the unit), kitchen, dining area, living room, balcony, and another side room to watch tv and chill, it also had an in-unit laundry. I sent an email to property manger and they responded very quickly. It was very clean. It had amenities in the unit you'd need for a week's stay - pots pans, cups, dishware, pool noodles, beach towels, bath towels, some stock of paper items like tp and tissue and a few dishwasher and laundry pods. The pool in this resort is under construction but we had access to the other new pools at the other resort (you could walk - about 10 minutes - or drive - plenty of parking). 2 pools, a bar, hot tub and bath house and plenty of chairs and tables to find a spot and relax. Close to all parks, shopping and airport. We are already thinking about our trip for next year. We will definitely stay here again!

Super comfortable and well appointed

I have stayed at several Vista Cay properties over the 5 years attending AAU VB Nationals. This was the nicest property we have stayed at, and they just did a lot of nice things that other units dont do. They provide more than enough laundry supplies to do a load of laundry a day, dish soap, paper goods etc. They just have what you need to actually live in the place for several days. The unit was very clean and comfortable and wifi and TV were outstanding.

Enjoyed our stay very much

Our stay exceeded our expectations. Wonderful experience and would certainly stay again. The condo was spacious, clean and tastefully decorated in sports theme. It was the small details that I appreciated, from the board games, pool toys, towel racks and olive oil to name a few that made it outstanding. The communication we received was timely and thorough. The walk from the unit to the convention center was only 15 min, a huge plus for us. We hope to stay at their Destin property in a year or so.

Enjoyed our stay!

Vista Cay resort is in a great location, and is close to the airport, theme parks, International Drive activities, and shopping. We were pleasantly surprised to see a gift basket with snacks and wine on the counter when we arrived. There were also several drinks in the refrigerator for us! The condo was clean and well appointed with everything we needed for our stay, including pool items and towels. The beds were comfortable as well. There was a notebook of information about the condo and area, which was very helpful. Communication with the owner was easy and they responded quickly. Overall, it was a great place to stay for our family vacation!

Family time

The unit was perfect for our family, we got in late and were able to access the gate and unit with ease. The unit and resort grounds were very clean and well kept and the welcome basket was a nice surprise. The pool was a good size and not too crowded for the size of the resort. There are many fun activities to do in the area and it’s close to the Disney parks. We loved our stay at Vista Cay!

Perfect!! Conveniently located to the occc, just 15 walk. Very clean, quiet and roomy. Had everything we needed and more. Easy check in and out. We was greeted with a basket of snacks which was much appreciated after a late arrival. Would definitely stay there again!

Fantastic stay! The location was perfect for our time between Disney & Universal. The condo was exactly as shown and totally spotless. Easy check in and out, and I really appreciated the generosity of items shared in the space, from a fully stocked kitchen, to paper products and a beautiful welcome basket. Perfect place for families

We loved our stay! The welcome gift was wonderful and the condo was stocked with so much that was needed. The whole place was so clean and although the complex wasn’t super high end, it was well cared for. The pool was heated and huge. My kids loved it. Would stay there again!

It was wonderful. The condo was great. The pool/clubhouse was very nice. The bar staff was good. The little shops and food in the retail area was really good as well. Being a little picky here ... the food selection at the pool bar could be expanded a bit but other then that everything was very nice!!

EXCELLENT- home away from home!

The penthouse at Vista Cay was very nice! It was super clean, comfortable, spacious, well decorated (especially since my sons are sports players), modern appliances, super soft & comfortable beds, clean bathroom, and everything worked perfectly....I think you get the point. My family spent Christmas 2023 holiday in this Vista Cay penthouse for a 7 night stay, and it was our first time spending Christmas in a new place...we were ssooo thrilled with our choice! The Host (Ana) was super nice and responded to all questions even before we booked. When we arrived there was also a sweet little welcome basket with trinkets & treats. Since it was our first Christmas holiday being away from our home and we have two young boys, we asked the Host if there were any holiday decorations in the penthouse. The Host (Ana) said there was not, but then went the extra mile and surprised us by putting a little Christmas tree in the penthouse-- she referred to it as a "Charlie Brown tree look alike". MY BOYS LOVED IT!!! It was too cute and truly added a special touch to our Christmas vacation. We will never forget "Christmas 2023" at Vista Cay! We will definitely be booking again! Chose this penthouse, you will NOT be disappointed!

Condo needs to be remodeled

The furniture and flooring in the Condo are dated and need to be replaced. We have friends staying at the same location and their condos were all updated with newer furniture and flooring. The room itself was dusty especially on top of the furniture and it just time to update the entire unit. The other issue was the AC unit. We kept in on 74 degrees and it felt like 64 degrees. Describing this unit as a Penthouse is not accurate. That type of description should be reserved for units that are updated with nice furniture and flooring.

This was quite possibly the cleanest and most well kept property I have ever stayed at! Conveniently located across the street from the Convention Center which made it easy to walk to my daughters tournament each day. Will definitely be back!

Faultless.

I always try to be balanced in any review I write, positive and negative, however despite trying to find fault with the property or the booking I have been unable to. The apartment is beautiful inside and out, it’s close enough to the attractions but far enough out if the way that you can escape the madness and noise and have some relaxation time. The on-site facilities are brilliant. I truely cannot find fault.
