Our family of ten thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was just as was pictured on the website. The neighborhood was quiet and well-maintained. Our kids had so much fun at the Oasis clubhouse! The pool, lazy river, play center, and water slide were well-used by all of us. There was a full-service restaurant and outdoor bar there, with friendly staff. We rented a cabana there one day, and loved it. It was air conditioned, and had a bathroom with shower, kitchenette, small couch, and a TV.
We called Executive Villas once when our pool was getting a little murky, and they responded very quickly. (we realize that the extremely warm weather and the pool heat combined to make the pool a little green and cloudy)
There are a few little things that could be taken care of in the house; the master bathroom toilet paper holder was hanging by one screw, and my husband made it usable for the week. I had a crazy incident happen to me in one of the bathrooms, where I simultaneously flushed the toilet and hung up a towel on a rack above the toilet. I didn't know the rack was barely attached to the wall, and the weight of the towel knocked the rack down, sending one piece right down the flushing toilet. When I called management to tell them, the girl who answered found it very funny and said not to worry, they would take care of replacing the towel bar.
There are plenty of dishes, cutlery, and pans in the kitchen. We did buy a can opener, which we left for the next guests. And I would recommend buying some more mixing/storage bowls.
Overall, our vacation was amazing, and the house served our needs extremely well. We would definitely stay at Champion's Gate again, and we would book with Executive Villas again.
