Pool was great house looks gorgeous they did have two fridges one didn’t work so the one sat in the living room but other than that everything was really nice. A good area.

The property was what I expected. We did have an issue with sheets stained with blood but it was rectified promptly. Parking spots are small spaces and wasn’t able to fit one car. The host and management team was accommodating to the request for additional parking pass. I won’t post pictures of the sheets because of the graphic photos

The house is beautifully designed. Everything we needed was available. The only issue i had as an incoming guest was the fact that a working refrigerator was brought in to replace the broken one in the kitchen and was PLACED in the FAMILY ROOM. That was sooo UNACCEPTABLE, when the broken one couldve been taken out before we got there. We reached out to Vacasa, they responded, but no follow up.

Doh! That didn't go well at all. lol Never again.

The issues that I experienced were items of complaint from prior folks that stayed in this particular house. None of the following items have been addressed since 2024 according to other reviews listed on this site.Getting clear of the main gate took an hour since they were not aware that I was even coming. Vacasa needs to improve on this desperately. The mattresses are thin and uncomfortable. This is one area that is super easy to improve on.The garage space is useless because of the heat. The fan installed is broken and others have reported this. Fix it. It's not difficult.One of the refrigerators in the kitchen doesn't work. Runs constantly and never gets cold. The handle was improperly installed and fell off. Again, other guests made the same complaint. Get rid of the broken fridge.No trash receptacle outside. Replace it.Outlets on the island do not work. Call an electrician.The ad in VRBO doesn't specify that a guest has to pay in advance for the spa/pool heat. Others make the same stipulation in their accommodations but let the guest know in their ads. This is another thing that prior visitors have remarked on. Make it plain in your ad.Vacasa has multiple items that warrant attention in the property that they manage but they have ignored them. It's not like the repairs needed are impossible to manage and some of these complaints go back to 2023.I'll actively avoid VACASA and Casago in the future. One and done is appropriate in this instance.

Amazing!

We had the most amazing stay at this property! I will definitely be booking this house again next time we go to Orlando! My entire family was so excited to stay here and we were not disappointed! The location was beautiful the house was amazing and clean!

Great layout….. Terrible communication….. misleading listing

This was a Christmas vacation for our family. We had 3 families travel to Florida to enjoy the sun and to be together. We had 6 adults and 6 kids, ages from 11 to 18 for the kids. The house itself had a great layout, lots of space, but was a bit misleading. Says it slept a higher number of people that it actually does. They simply took the bed count and multiplied by 2.There are 5 bedrooms, and the house sleeps 10. There is a couch upstairs that could be used as extra sleeping space, but if everyone is looking for a bed, 10 is the max.Now for the negatives. When we got to the house, the main fridge in the kitchen was broken and didn’t work. There was a second fridge over by the side that could be used, but thought it was a little weird that we had a large fridge, broken and not useable. That’s issue 1. 2nd issue, it says there is a pool and whirlpool. That’s great, but in the book say you need to call to get the heat turned on and there is a charge. Not a problem. We wanted this done, contacted ahead of time to be told that the heater was removed. No way to heat the pool. 3rd issue, there is supposed to be a game room in the garage. We went in and in reaked of marijuana smoke. Really overbearing and quite surprising how strong it was. Not really a place for kids to hangout. Furthermore, there was no gaming console, a foosball table without a ball….. basically a useless space and no game room for the kids. There were

Please be very careful of any Vacasa and this property

This review is not towards VRBO, as they did a great job trying to represent me and the confusion. Beware, this house has no spa but just a body of water that will be the same temperature as the pool (not heated nor able to be heated). Even though, by definition, it means a heated body of water. So, Vacasa is using pretenses and misleading verbiage for this property. They expect you to use a community hot tub; you will learn this the day before you check-in. Then, they will refuse to do anything but cancel and credit you a cleaning fee. I can promise I didn't even show up to this property and told them to keep the cleaning fee to I could leave this review for others to beware of. So, why I physically was not on-site at the property? I can tell you that Vacasa will not do anything to help or explain the issue even when VRBO and the Renter both fully see the post as very misleading and unwilling to correct or understand. I spent over 4 hours with Vacasa on the phone to try to have them do the right thing, and they lied. Even VRBO caught them on the lie during a recorded call. We are still escalating, but let my loss please save you and book another property. The only reason I even found this out is by experience I reached out to ask questions, and they would go +18 hours even to respond. Just beware and be warned. I would go elsewhere. First impressions are a lasting one.

Nice home

Besides the fact that we had no air the entire 4-day 3-night stay and had to purchase several fans for the large place, and never received a text back regarding it. everything else was great. We brought our own essential products such as toilet paper etc but the house also came with plenty and was super clean.

Un super séjour!

Nous avons passé une super belle semaine. La seule petite chose, nous avions oublié de faire le «check-in», il fut donc difficile d'entrée sur le site car nous n'avions pas le laisser-passez. Sinon, tout était parfait!

I personally won't stay there again!

Pool didn't heat up.. beds had white bedding with stains. Freezer didn't make ice we had to purchase bags of ice. I had no Ac for a day in a half!! The heat in the house was 90 degrees and i didn't get any help until the late afternoon the next day. We couldn't sleep some of my family slept by the pool others slept on the couch with the balcony door open I left to my car at about 9am till about 12-1 pm just to catch some zzzzz's. Oh before I forget the house had a few roaches
