The a/c was a major issue could only keep thermostat down on 74 because they stated it would freeze a/c up so room temp was hot to sleep at night had to sleep with no covers on it was so hot at night we were not there much in the day and the pool was not clean bugs were in the bottom of pool and stuff was floating I wouldn’t get in pool guy came on the last day of our stay said he comes every day but we did see him but that day beds were very hard too but other then that nice house if you like it hot at night and don’t mind not so clean pool everything else was great

The house was dusty, and the air vents were in poor condition. The theater room floor was dirty and not vacuumed, and there was a ceiling fan in the kids' room that was very dusty. And nasty need better cleaning company

Awesome

Home was prettier in person. Perfect for a large group. Multi bathrooms were great, pool area very nice. Quiet neighborhood convenient to the parks. Would stay again.

Great place for family vacation!

This property was perfect for our group of 15 family members. The grandkids absolutely loved the theater room! The outdoor pool space was great and we were pleased that there were extra features in place to keep the little ones safe. The kitchen was well equipped, we actually made several meals there over our 5 night stay. Would definitely consider staying here again if in Orlando!

Great location, cold pool

House was large with multiple on-suites. Pool/hot tub was cold, and furniture and furnishings are starting to get pretty worn and not all tv’s/remotes worked. Also could be cleaner- one of the beds had chocolate or makeup smeared all over the bed frame.

Great house close to Disney and Universal

This house was great with three first floor bedrooms and four second floor bedrooms. Garage was converted to a home theater. House is located on a gated dead end street so minimal traffic. Would definitely stay here again

Great Location

The space and accommodations were great! Excellent area. Only thing I would suggest is they use a different cleaning service. There was trash under one of the beds of an upstairs, some of the towels in the laundry room did not seem clean, and the several areas had lots of dust (theatre room and under the tables in living room area). Otherwise we had a great time and would use this vacation rental again.

Absolutely wonderful

This house was amazing! Very clean, very spacious, very conveniently located. Excellent neighborhood. The house was even bigger than what it appeared online. The Theater room was phenomenal. We enjoyed it so very much. We will absolutely stay here again. The air conditioner worked terrifically, and the house had so many extra blankets and towels, beach towels, and bath towels. One thing I will say if you’re renting this house it does not come with any soap at all, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, body soap, laundry soap. Nothing so be prepared to bring your own soap. Also, they do a great job of keeping the house clean, including the cabinets and the refrigerator so there are no condiments left over from other guest or supplied. There is one roll of toilet paper in every bathroom and one roll of paper towel in the kitchen and one trash bag in the trashcan. Other than that, you need all of your own toiletries and amenities.

Perfect for a Disney vacation

We were in Florida to visit Disney and Universal parks. This house was in the perfect location, close to all attractions. It had plenty of space and many nice amenities. Our kids loved the frozen themed rooms. Communication with the host was seamless.

Huge Disappointment, Not Clean

The bedspreads in several of the rooms were very dirty and unsanitary. There were BLOODSTAINS on two of them and dried on food on another. We notified the management company & sent pictures; they completed a "work order" but nothing happened during our stay. We removed them from every bed, bought detergent, washed the extra blankets and used those instead of the bedspreads. Also FYI the bunkbeds have a 100# limit on the top bunk. Two of the upstairs bathrooms had problems with the showers, one shot water all over the bathroom. We paid to have the pool/spa heated. It never got to a temperature even close to being usable (in January). We called the mgmt company and even though we paid for it to be heated when we arrived they said to give it a day or so -- no offer to refund us the money for day 1 heat. I asked for a refund for the cost of heating it and was refused because they said I didn't request a work order while we were there. The house is pretty big but somewhat neglected. Some of the seats in the theater room don't recline properly. You should absolutely NOT pay to heat the pool if you rent it in fall or winter -- it will be a waste of your money. The "spa" doesn't get any warmer than the pool and it has no jets or even moving water -- it's basically a raised portion of the pool with seats. The management company reps were very pleasant on the phone but nothing came out of our concerns. If you want a clean and sanitary house don't rent this one.
