Host was amazing! Super responsive! Great house for a family of 6 and a baby-loved the hot tub and pool! Would stay there again! Beds are all comfortable and bathrooms are perfect!

Family vacation

I loved the size of the house. The rooms were big. The general areas were big. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. But there were some things that were broken. The coffee pot had a used filter with moldy coffee grounds. Overall I liked my stay. It was a great location to parks, stores and places to eat.

Wonderful Vacation

Had a wonderful stay at this home! The house is beautiful and very clean, everyone had plenty of room to spread out. Mark was super responsive, kind and very helpful- excellent communication! Everyone enjoyed the lovely pool, we had it heated and it was the perfect temp. The spa was very relaxing after a long day in the parks. Have stayed at several Windsor Hills homes and this house is by far our favorite! Already booked to return later this year! I highly recommend this home.

Great stay!

The house was clean and spacious. The owners were very responsive to questions. The pool heat worked well, and we were able to enjoy the pool even in the evening when it was cool outside. Thank you for a great stay.

Family Vacation

The house was way better than the description and pictures. The kids loved the pool and game room so much it was hard to get them to go anywhere. There was plenty of space to spread out and the kitchen had everything we needed for meals. I would definitely recommend having the pool heated as it was nice to relax in after a day out. We will definitely be staying here again.

Family Vacation

Stayed for a week with family and friends in March, kids aged 2months-6 years. Host was very accommodating and welcoming. Very easy to communicate with and highly responsive. Very seamless checkin and getting into community and easy checkout. Location and resort very easily accessible and close to Disney area and other attractions. Felt very safe in the gated community. Paid extra for pool and spa heat, weather during stay was warm but still needed the heat as nights got cool. Spa didn’t heat properly (get warmer than pool) at first but host was quick to fix issue once we communicated this. A few things we found strange like only a sponge to wash dishes with and no cloths (host explained this to us as it cuts down on laundry for turnover of next guests) however we preferred cloths so just purchased a pack from Walmart up the road. We rented additional playpens (only 1 came with house rental) and Bbq grill from rental company that worked great (drop off and pickup was provided). Both parks in community we visited were very nice and kids loved same. Splash park was great (water was very cold though, although kids didn’t mind it). Overall great stay! :)

Nice house, great location!

Nice house, great location! Check-in and check-out was very easy. Owner was readily available for contact. Great with communication. I traveled with family (adults and teens) and everyone had a blast. Definitely recommend and would stay again. Thanks again for everything.

Pool and spa

The maintenance personnel need to pay closer attention to light bulbs and pool operations. We had several light bulbs burned out and the hot tub jets did not work properly. We spoke to Mark on several occasions and he advised us to contact the maintenance yet they told us to contact him. We paid for the pool to be heated, however, they don’t turn the heat on until the day you arrive and it takes 3 days to get warm. Many of the homes in the area have solar covers which would have kept some warmth in the pool. The hot tub jets would come on for only 2/3 minutes and then turn back off. Granted we stayed during a very cold spell, but if the pool had been heated prior to our arrival and had a solar cover we could have utilized it. After several conversations with Mark he did refund the pool heat.

Place was beautiful. Complex was too. Had a hiccup getting in at check in as we came in our rv. Place was strict, rv had to be approved in advance which owner (Mark) didn't know about either. NOT HIS FAULT. Took a few minutes to clear up and we were good to go. We had a great time and would stay here again

Spacious home with great location

An excellent owner is one of the most important points for us when booking a house and from the start Mark was highly responsive, answering promptly and patiently. All the information we needed to arrive was supplied in a timely manner, and this was very straightforward. We did have some confusion on how to lock the door (which was dealt with promptly) but an extra sentence in the welcome instructions would have prevented this confusion. The location is excellent (we deliberately chose Windsor Hills for that reason) and on Disney days we came home for a break before heading back into the parks and location was perfect for this. Being on a gated community also provided an extra level of security for our stay and the bonus of being able to use the on-site Club House and pool although we only visited once. The house is spacious and had plenty of room for all of us (we were two families) to have our own space if needed, with the teenagers making full use of the games room and the pool. There were lots of towels supplied in the house which was great for both swimming and refreshing our bath towels during our three-week stay. In general, the house was clean but there were a few areas which had been overlooked (the door plate from the kitchen to the pool deck and air conditioning vents were dirty) and a more thorough check by the cleaners is needed. As we were staying for 3-weeks and didn't get any cleaning during our stay the provision of some basic cleaning supplies would also have been helpful. The main bedrooms were a generous size with plenty of storage space and the theming of rooms caused some commotion with the girls bagging the Star Wars room before the boys even realised it was an option! The kitchen was spacious with a large kitchen island for food preparation but we found the range of cooking equipment limited; when self-catering for large groups we found that we lacked oven-proof glass cooking dishes although there were plenty of pots and pans for the stove top. We also found that the dishwasher didn't clean very effectively (so we reverted to hand washing dishes - not a real problem as we got the teenagers involved) but we let Mark know about this for future guest use. Overall this was a comfortable house for an extended holiday and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to others.

Wonderful!

I can’t say enough good things. The location is ideal, and the home was clean and accurate to the listing. Mark was helpful and very responsive when I had a few questions prior to the trip. The kitchen was well supplied and I was excited to find there was even a small high chair. All that to say I have no complaints and I hope to be able to stay here again in the future!

The Perfect House to stay while in Orlando for your Family and Friends

Let me first start by saying, i always read reviews on properties. With that, i read many positive reviews about this property, but always a little nervous about what we will really get. The pictures do not do the house justice. The house is amazing and had so much room for all of us and gave everyone time to be alone if needed. There was also many areas to gather and be together with plenty of room. From the moment I booked the property, the owner was fantastic about communication. I asked some pretty random questions, and he always responded quickly and kindly. Helped ease my nerves going into it. Communication for check in was clear, parking passes and gate instructions, timely and very specific details to make it all smooth. When entering the house, we noticed how spacious and clean everything was. A binder of information was available, and recommendations for area restaurants and and delivery instructions needed for the gate. Very helpful. Kitchen was clean, and emptied so we could put our groceries away right away.(Walmart is less than two minutes away!) All bedrooms were spacious and clean. Beds made, and love the ensuite bathrooms for the large master, and second master. A shared bedroom for three other bedrooms. One comment, remotes werent in the rooms they were labeled for.(Love the remotes being labeled BTW, something i am now going to do for my house). Some remotes we couldnt find. We couoldnt get the cable to work in Large Master, but, we arent TV watchers anyway and only was trying to use it when unpacking. The Family living room area, we couldnt find the remote for the Fan?light combo that was the same for the master bedroom, so we never turned on the light. The pool area was so nice, we spent so much time there. Between soaking in the hot tub after walking at the parks, to swimming and the kids swimming and playing in the pool, the best part of the vacation. We let the owner know, the"Kick Plate" at the bottom of the door was broken, and he made note to get it fixed. We had a very curious squirrel that loved to knock it down if we tried to stand it up. LOL. We already said, if we come back, we are staying here. It was everything the listing said and more. My daughter loved her Harry Potter room and two of the boys loved the Star Wars room. Added bonus, my daughter sleeps with a fan, and they had them there! Making her nights restful for sure. Thank you so much Mark for being an amazing Host
