Nice outdoor area.
Very nice home. Had everything we needed. Jim was super with communication and meeting our needs. The pool area is nice and big with no neighbors behind. The neighborhood was gated and felt safe. Looking forward to staying again.

House was amazing. The pool was so relaxing. Such a quiet and safe neighborhood. A bit of a drive to the theme parks nearby but totally worth it. Would definitely stay again.

Enjoyed the week, the boys loved the pool. The pool games Jim had there were enjoyed a lot. Jim was great to communicate with before and during our stay when our schedule changed.

A most enjoyable month!
The pictures of this home don't do it justice, it's even nicer than it looks! Its setting is in a wonderful, quiet, and gated community. The home is very comfortable. If there is a level above premier host, Jim is there. He is quick to respond and is so kind and helpful. We hope we will be able to stay again someday!

A Perfect Place To Stay!!!!
This place was beyond beautiful! It was very modern! Thr place was spotless! The owner was very kind and quick to reply if you had any questions! He went above and beyond!! If you are looking for a relaxing place to stay this is the place to go! There is also a beautiful swimming pool which was heated and an inclosed patio area! A gated community and club house area! We definitely would stay there again!!! 😋

Great Host Great House Great Stay
The gated community gave us peace of mind for our stay. The house was on a quiet street. It was very comfortable and well kept. The photos are an accurate look for this VRBO home. We went to Universal theme parks and Disney during our stay. It was nice to come back to the house instead of a hotel (and the noise which comes with staying in a hotel). Although it was a rare few days of cold FL weather, we didn't mind. Our host, Jim, was super easy to work with and friendly. We appreciated his hospitality. If you are looking for a home away from home, this is the place!

Beautiful Home
This house is located in a gated community on a street in the back of the development. Not only is it a beautiful home, but so cozy as well. We enjoyed nights on the lanai watching the sunset. It is also only 30 mins to Disney. Jim was very nice and quick to respond with any questions. I will most definitely be staying here again.

The Perfect Place
What an amazing way to spend a weekend in Orlando! The house was beautiful and so welcoming. The pool and patio were great. Most of all, the house was clean and obviously well cared for. But it was the personal touch with welcoming things like a greeting written to us that made it very special to us.

Treat place to hang out.
We only stayed for a couple of nights but it was a great place to relax. The pool and activities for the pool were great as was the outside patio. The kitchen had everything you would need and they were nice enough to supply you with bathroom and kitchen necessities. Nice quiet neighborhood

Loved It!!!
I met 2 friends from NJ in Orlando for a short inexpensive getaway. We loved the property! Jim even left us a couple of bottles of wine and chocolates.....so thoughtful. One of my friends even commented that we should make sure to keep the info for this place for future trips. I hope we didn't disturb the neighbors to much with our laughing and cackling (we hadn't seen each other in about a year. :) Needless to say, we really enjoyed it.

Quick Vacation
Owner is super nice. Responded quickly with any questions or concerns. Property is within 45 minutes from Disney or Universal Orlando. House was fairly clean. Pool was enjoyable. Plenty of toys to play with if you have kids. Only con’s we encountered were uncomfortable beds and tiny ants in the house. Other than that, it was peaceful and a nice short getaway.

Jim was always available, friendly and accommodating. The home was relaxing and the back padio with pool was the perfect place to watch the sunset as well as enjoy the morning/evening hours of the day. They even left personal welcoming items out which was so nice. This place is absolutely worth staying at.

Just what we wanted
We were looking for a house close to the Disney and Universal theme park that had its own private pool, and this place was just that. Check in process to the community was a little funky because it's a private community that is picky about who enters, but there was also something comforting about them not just letting anyone in. Would stay there again!

We had a great stay, home was as advertised and the pool was awesome! We enjoyed being a little bit further out from the busy area of Orlando but close enough to where we needed to be. Jim was a super fantastic host. The neighborhood was gated and felt very safe away from the busy hustle and bustle of Kissimmee and Orlando, but close enough the commute wasn't bad. The house was wonderfully cozy and became our second home for 10 days. Highly recommend this house to rent. Thank you Jim for your hospitality.

Comfortable home
We booked this last minute to attend a cheer competition at Disney. The accommodations were comfortable and homey. It certainly beat staying in a crammed hotel at Disney. The drive was about 20 minutes to the park depending on traffic but it was nice for us to be away from the craziness. The host was fantastic!

Felt like home!

Our family and Boston Terrier loved Jim's home. Everything about the home was welcoming and Jim was great to work with. Home was in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Our daughter enjoyed her early morning runs. We all enjoyed the pool. It was a perfect way to welcome in the New Year.

Short Trip to visit Family and Disney
Jim has a fantastic property in a quiet neighborhood. It is about 15 minutes from the Disney gate if there is no traffic. House was clean and very comfortable.
