Wonderful stay that delivered all it had promised!

The host is very attentive and responsive. We felt like home - property is clean and has all we needed to have great time! Warm pool with jacuzzi all day and quiet community. Greenery and fence really lended privacy to our stay. Will come back next winter!!

Orlando Vacation

We enjoyed our stay very much! The location was great; felt like we were in a residential neighborhood versus a busy resort which is what we were looking for. There was an issue with the couch which they offered to replace right away with excellent communication! My one suggestion would be to replace the carpet with different flooring. From a renters perspective, it would simply feel cleaner to us. Otherwise, it was great and I’d highly recommend!

Perfect family vacation!!

House was spotless, one of the cleanest houses I have stayed at and check in was super easy! The house is in a quiet neighborhood and it was a very relaxing stay. The fence around the pool makes it perfect to be able to enjoy the outside area without having to worry about kiddos by the pool! Less than a half hour drive to the parks and other Disney attractions but without the traffic so the location was perfect for my family! We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend for a family trip!

Florida stay

The pool and spa area facing the park was great! Pool was heated and clean to our expectations and so was the spa. We used it almost every day. The seating in the lanai area was nice. We hardly sat inside. Ample seating for everyone and comfortable too. Last place we stayed we brought our own outdoor chairs and did not even use ours. Convenient to the pickle ball courts and enjoyed walking and biking in the neighborhood. Felt safe and clean. Thank you!

Great location

This is a very comfortable place centrally located between Orlando and Clermont. Great places to eat and shop are close by. The neighborhood is quiet and wonderful for walking or jogging. The pickle ball courts and large field behind the property give a nice sense of peace away from the hectic feel of the city.

Nice Holiday Getaway Location

Beautiful, Relaxing Home

In lieu of a few problems, we enjoyed our stay and would return for another visit. Ellis Exclusives was extremely accommodating and very pleasant to interact with.

Very relaxing

We found the house and pool area very clean and comfortable. I would recommend this house to anyone with children. Our only issue was because of our age we need a pool with a hand rail. I was however very happy with everything including the area, very clean and quiet.

As advertised

The house was exactly as advertised. Very clean with comfortable beds. The pool was great to have (only used once) and clean. Convenient to Disney, about 15-20 minutes away and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Management contacts you perhaps too much offering upgrades. The grill should be included and not under lock and key. Overall, a great place to stay and I wouldn't hesitate to return.

Clean

We had a very nice time. The house and pool was very clean and there was plenty of room for everyone. The listing was a little confusing about the use of the grill. I understood it to be included, found out later it was an additional fee. Spoke with management and they were very nice and let us use the grill. Everything was pretty much positive about our experience. The only thing I would change is the grill size. I would of expected a nicer grill for the price you have to pay to use it. But all and all a very positive experience.

Exceeds all expectations!

This house is just as advertised and so much more! Fantastic location close to groceries and restaurants. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely return. The neighborhood was very friendly and quiet, just what you want for a relaxing time. The covered patio and view are like no other! Highly recommend!

Great house and location

Our stay at the property was wonderful, we really enjoyed the house and it was very well kept and met all of our needs. Would definitely recommend the property to anyone, the facilities were great, the beds were comfortable and the pool was in great condition! Our only gripe was the lawnmowers that started mowing before 7 o’clock on a Saturday and the neighborhood birds who are very loud! LOL

Pros and Cons

Always start with the positive: Plenty of closet and dresser space Plenty of bath and beach towels Very nice walkable neighborhood Master bed was very comfortable Nice to have a garage to park the car Negatives: Property advertised “free BBQ” however the grill had a lock and chain on it preventing its use. Maybe they meant they would supply us with free BBQ food? In any event, we didn’t get that either. I sent a screen shot of their VRBO promotion of Free BBQ to the property management company and never received a response. Several electrical outlets did not work which was why we were told “the Internet is going on and off”. Once we changed where it was plugged in we didn’t have any trouble. The cabinets had labels with counts of the number of items - for example “ten coffee mugs” - however, the counts were not correct. There were only seven mugs, for example. I contacted the property management company and again did not receive a response. The lint trap in the dryer was so full and clogged up that, at first, the dryer did not work. The property states “new flooring”. They must not have meant the carpeting was new, because there were several dark spots - large and small - that were throughout. I contacted the property management company about this too without a response. “Beautiful view” is just an OK view IMO. It appears to be a soccer park. Children playing there used foul language that traveled up to where we could hear them. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Great home and great quiet location

My wife and I stayed here for a week. The property is wonderful and we enjoyed our stay very much. We drove down from CT and had an easy, remote, checkin process. I'm grateful that they allowed our dog to come with us. The house is very large for just two people and that made our stay even better. We just simply closed off the rooms we were not using to ensure they remained clean. The pool and attached hot tub were very clean! No slime, no grime. We spent most of our afternoons and evenings out at the pool after the disney parks. The view from the back was wonderful in the mornings and evenings. No rear facing neighbors was great. The home is situated on a hill that overlooks the community park area i.e. open field, tennis courts. It's nice to go for a walk or just people watch from a distance. The cranes (I think) congregate in the evenings and mornings which are a great sight, they're huge! The owner was kind to leave some necessary essentials like dishwasher pods, soaps, paper towels etc. We really appreciate that however we brought our own as we didn't quite know what to expect. The neighbors were more or less absent the entire time which added to the private getaway we were seeking. There is a fence separating the homes anyway but the extra quietness was a bonus. Overall 10/10 definitely recommend! Will return to Lisa next year! Shout out to Sue for being so helpful and quick with responses anytime I needed information!

Spring break

We had a wonderful time staying at the property! The house was just as described. The pool was cold but we contacted the property manager and our concern was addressed promptly! There were plenty of towels, extra linens and blankets! We would definitely stay here again!

Just what we hoped for!

Beautiful place and well maintained! There were 4 adults and 2 teenage boys in our party and this was perfect for us. Plenty of room to move around and everyone enjoyed the pool and spa! Excellent location for everything we wanted to do and also quiet neighborhood with lots of space for walking and seeing some "wildlife". We would definitely return!
