Our family had a great time in this very clean and spacious home. The pool was perfect. The location couldn’t have been better. We liked it so much we have booked it again for another vacation.

Overall, the house was great. Tons of fun for the kids with the pool and arcades. Would’ve been nice if the bathrooms included a set of shampoo and body wash.Host was very responsive. Provided beach towels immediately when we realized they were missing. The carpet and the lanai entry mat can use a refresh. Garbage can fills up fast and can benefit with a large unit.At the end of our trip, we did not want to leave.Thanks for letting us stay at your home rental.

Here’s a polished version of your review you can post:⸻Fantastic property in an amazing neighbourhood. The community felt very welcoming, and check-in was simple and seamless. We loved that it’s gated and that we had access to both our private pool and hot tub, as well as the clubhouse with a bar and large water slides — it really offers the best of both worlds.The home itself has everything you need, especially if you’re traveling with kids. The high chairs and pack-and-play were a huge plus, and the door alarms and pool safety fence provided great peace of mind. The rooms are spacious and exactly as shown in the photos.The pool gets sun for most of the day, and around 3pm the sun shifts to the back portion of the patio where the lounge chairs are located — perfect if you enjoy having both sun and shade options.The garage games room was a big hit with the kids. There are several grocery stores within an 8-minute drive (Publix is excellent), and the property is very close to Disney, which made everything incredibly convenient.The host was very responsive and even worked with us to warm the pool during cooler weather for a reasonable fee. We will absolutely be back.⸻If you’d like, I can also create a shorter, more condensed version for platforms that limit characters.

The house was as expected great space for a lot of people. Coming from MN to Florida and paying extra for the Spa/pool to be heated was a huge disappointment. Both the hot tub and pool were cold upon arrival and it was cold outside so we gave it time to warm up and neither ever did. Yes, the weather was cold, but the practice of heating 12 hours on/12 hours off should be changed to accommodate that. The hot tub there is no reason that should of been able to get up to posted temps by the host. We contacted the after hours maintenance and they said filter was clogged and fixed and still didn't raise in temperature. This really put a drag on our stay as the kids couldn't utilize this and had to leave the house to go to the resort for swimming. The host credited us back 50% of the heating cost which was nice, but we were disappointed that we didn't get what was posted.

Disney family vacation

The overall house was as depicted, but it required some attention to repairs and cleanliness. The dishwasher rack was broken, as well as the dining table outside on the lanai. The pool had a lot of hair and debris in it which we cleaned, but we were there for 10 nights and did not see the pool get serviced. We found a roach one night in one of the rooms. The kitchen was well stocked, and the owner did seem to put a lot of thought into the details. I think perhaps enough time is not being given between renters to clean and keep up the property. The biggest downside to this property is the location, it takes a while to come in and out of the community due to shear number of people staying here and only one gated entrance to get in( you may have to add 30 mins to your commute during peak times). also, as there are a number of short term rentals, you may have rough guests staying next door. We had people partying until 4 am next door for a few days.

Big spacious family house

We had a great stay and lots of room for a family of 10. The house was very clean. We did have issues with the washing machine getting stuck and the arcade game didn't work. The gameroom was more worn down than showed in the pictures. But overall everyone enjoyed the house and had a great stay.

Everything was excellent! We went down to Florida for a small family reunion and everyone loved the house and the pool. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We had teenagers with us and the loved the game room and Xbox as well. Definitely would stay there again.

Disney adventure

My family of 3 young adults and 2 adults were very comfortable and very much enjoyed our stay. We were 18 min from the Disney parks and enjoyed having our own pool to come home to in the evening. The property was clean and well furnished. There were so many bedrooms and bathrooms we could spread out and enjoy some private space as well. Communication was excellent and very prompt. We will definitely plan to stay here again should we return to the area.

Bit of a disappointment

When we first checked in, we were so excited. House was beautiful! There were a few things that were out of sorts. There was a big hole in the screened pool area, bugs kept getting in. One of the chairs had a hole in the seat. There was a very noticeable black stain on one of the bedroom carpets. No pot holders. The pots and pans were either too worn or not big enough for our whole party. The storage containers were all cracked so we couldn’t store our leftovers. The washer and dryer wouldn’t work. The worst part was the management and response time. We were there for 5days/6nights and had no washer/dryer nor the time to take our items to the laundromat. We were on vacation and here for a cheer competition and didn’t want to spend time washing/drying/sitting in a laundromat. We spent over 2000 on this house and didn’t have everything it listed and felt like we had been mislead and when brought to their attention, it seemed like they didn’t care and were not going to reimburse us for the lack of items that sold us in renting the house in the first place. It took them 2 days to respond at one time and didn’t seem too worried about what was listed that was wrong, they offered to bring things to replace and never brought them. We had to go out and purchase the pot holders (Which we left) and pots and pans (which we took with us) just so we could cook for our party of 10. Of course we didn’t let it ruin our vacation, we made the most of it.

Beautiful Home

Our 9 night stay as a family was fantastic! We are a group of 6 adults and 3 kids ranging in age from 10-14. The feature we loved most was the set up of this home with the three master suites and the spaciousness of all the rooms. Pool and hot tub were great and worked flawlessly. We spent a fair amount of time at the resort pool as well, which we all enjoyed. The only items we were really missing and could have used more of were towels and just extra blankets. Absolutely zero issues with host, house (which was immaculately clean), etc. Overall, easily 5 stars!
