The photos posted of property are accurate. It was very clean, spacious and inviting. Check-in process (especially in consideration that our reservation was a last minute decision) was flawless. So we really appreciated the host quick turnaround time to ensure our 6-nights stay was accommodated.Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay in this quiet family-oriented (gated) neighborhood. The ample bedding and towels provided were much appreciated; and the beds and couch were comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped inclusive of cookware, dishes and utensils.The property is also located near major stores, restaurants and tourist attractions. This is an added bonus. The only two flaws would be that the vinyl blinds in the living room area needs to be replaced/repaired (as a clear view from the back porch/outside is possible) and the all toilets (probably for ease of children use) are too low/small.

Orlando visit

Spacious townhome, in need of some repairs and more thorough cleaning after former guest. Very nice clubhouse and pool. Not as embellished as other vrbos, however, stay worthy..

Great stay

Close to Universal and Disney. Perfect for our family. We were able to save money by cooking breakfast and some dinners in. Only thing that wasnt great was the pressure in master shower. Highly recomend, convenient and clean.

We enjoyed our stay and the location of this property, it was in close proximity to everything. We enjoyed having our on private pool and the option of being able to use the pool at the club house. The only thing about the property I didn’t like, was the lack of window coverings (let in lots of light when trying to sleep in) and also the water pressure was not up to par.

Family Spring Break

All in all the house was equipped with everything we needed. There were a few areas that needed fixing i.e screen door for pool and blinds in living room but other than that it was nice and clean and comfortable. I had an issue with bedding and they ordered me one and had it delivered the next day. Customer service with property management team was A-1! Only thing to fix is shower pressure in master bedroom upstairs and that was the only major problem. I’d definitely give this stay a 4/5 rating. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Spring Break

We had a great time on our Spring Break Vacation! This home was perfectly located. Close to all Orlando parks. The community itself had a pool, volleyball and basketball court. Perfect for my little athletes. Highly recommended.

Wr enjoyed out stay at this property and would highly recommend! The home was warm and inviting. It was clean and the process to rent was super easy. Access to the community pool was in walking distance. It was a great stay!

Great Vacay Spot

Overall enjoyed our stay. Peoperty was clean and had all the amenities we were told to expect. Didn't realize that the pool was on the smaller side. Would have enjoyed a larger pool with more patio space. Other than that, a great place to stay.

Family vacation to Universal

Townhouse was as advertised; spotless and newly painted. Furnishings lovely; definitely comfortable for 6 people. Housing development is quiet and safe. We opted to pay to heat pool and used it constantly. The community pool area was also clean and pretty. Reasonable cleaning and check out policies. Kitchen had needed equipment to prepare meals. Would recommend. Not enough bath towels and they don't furnish washcloths. Plenty of beach towels, though. Also be aware guests are responsible for filling propane tank if you choose to rent grill.

A Short and Sweet Weekend

The stay was great, we enjoyed all the amenities. Very nice feel within the townhome. However, the townhome was extremely hot. The stores were close in distance. Yet the townhome was extremely hot. We also saw a black snake at the entry of the doorway. The house alarm kept going off as well. The property needs to pressure washed. Overall, we enjoyed our short and sweet weekend.

Disappointed

The house was nice, but the sheets and bedding were stained. There was no internet service due to an upgrade that was done and not completed before our arrival. Even after the 2 hour service for the fix the TVs went out with the Wi-Fi the same night! No Wi-Fi and no service all week was truly disappointing and more than a minor inconvenience! Communication with the staff was horrible! It was through email which I could not get to without using data (costing me more money!!) The pool was not clean, when brought to managements attention I had to pay to have the pool cleaned so that we could go swimming!! If I had known all of this before booking I would of chosen a different place! This was disappointing and upsetting to my family and I. We ended Up having to pay to take my granddaughter to a water park. She had an amazing time at the park but had to look at the pool each day which was not so fun! We need a vacation, after our vacation!

Beautiful home!!

We enjoyed or stay very much!! The home was beautiful, clean and felt like home away from home. Could not have been more happy. Great location, beautiful community pool, kids loved the basketball court and private pool. Loved the AC lol. It was very hot in FL. And it was nice to walk in to a nice cool home.

Great Property with Good Customer Service

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the property with the listing ID 9432417ha, and I must say it was a great experience from start to finish. Not only was the property itself comfortable and well-maintained, but the level of customer service and responsiveness demonstrated by the host was truly outstanding. Right from the beginning, the host was incredibly prompt in their communication, promptly replying to my inquiries and providing detailed information about the property. Their attentiveness and professionalism immediately put me at ease and ensured a smooth booking process. Upon arrival, we noticed the cleanliness of the property. Details had been carefully considered to create a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Yes, you do need to purchase additional staples but that's not abnormal from my rental experiences - especially since COVID. The customer service displayed by the host throughout my stay was helpful. They were readily available to address any concerns or queries I had and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Their genuine warmth and dedication made me feel like a valued guest. During my stay, I encountered a minor issue with the pool pump noise, which was causing some disturbance. I immediately brought it to the attention of the host, and they are working to update with the maintenance team. In conclusion, my experience at this property was truly exceptional. I would recommend this property.

Great home base

Very well taken care of property with adequately stocked kitchen for cooking meals. Accurate listing with regard to what will be provided. We enjoyed the neighborhood- several other families we were traveling with stayed within a few blocks which made for a great trip. We enjoyed the small pool at the house and the larger resort pool area as well. Manager kept up with communications well. We would stay here again.

Good and Bad

The home was clean and there was plenty of room. The couch was comfortable. The glaring problems were the following: 1. The A/C. It was absolutely freezing downstairs and hot upstairs. Really awful and uncomfortable. 2. The pool. Though a nice size and tolerably clean, terribly loud with the unit there. Very difficult to stay out for longer than about 15 minutes with the loud noise. 3. Lack of amenities. I have been in dozens of VRBOs and I have never had such an un-stocked kitchen. The four knives there dangerously dull, I’m surprised and relieved that I didn’t chop my finger off whilst cutting an apple. There was not even salt and pepper and no pot holders! Only one kitchen towel, one roll of paper towels, no Kleenex etc.. very difficult to actually use the beautiful kitchen. 4. Broken objects. The two obvious things here were the blinds on both large windows/slider in the kitchen/ living room area. Couldn’t easily move them, vertical blinds fell off when trying to open them to go outside. The horizontal ones near table were broken and difficult to try to keep the sun out whilst eating. This place could use a good critical eye and some attention by the owner and it would do the owner well to stock the kitchen with at least some basic kitchen supplies such as potholders, working knives and some basic condiments. And it is absolutely imperative for the owner to fix the A/C! I would never recommend anyone stay there without that being fixed. Thank you.
