Great location, but needs a deep cleaning
Flew into Orlando sooner then excepted. Contacted property management and requested to check in earlier at noon instead of 4pm, was charged an extra night for 4 hours.
House needs a deep cleaning, found garbage and and extra shirt in on of the bedrooms. Upstairs tv room tv stand had a ton of food dirt under it. Kitchen and downstairs floors were filthy. Pulled a huge climb of hair off the living room rug. Notified Shine Villa and they told me house was inspected and was cleaned. 🙄 They ended up sending someone out but only cleaned the downstairs. Property does not come with a broom or vaccumm. Had to go purchase a broom after I asked them what should be done if we have a spill etc and was ignored.
Paid to have the pool heated and it didn’t get to temp until the 3rd day. Waste of money.
Will not stay here again due to kitchen having the worst knives, not enough pans/pots. Some remotes didn’t work to the tvs, not additional batteries. Not enough towels for the number of guests also. Had to go to Walmart to buy additional towels as well. Also what kind of property doesn’t have a broom or vaccumm! Shine Villa told me it wasn’t advertised with one. What a joke.
