The only thing was only one game was working in the game room, the pool wasn't clean. Everything else was fine

Needs major updates

The house itself and its theme was great and children loved it. However, the house needs major TLC. The house was not as clean and utensils were all filthy and we had to wash and clean the house upon our arrival as well as wash all bed sheets all over again. Barbecue grill is extremely old and needs to be replaced. Pots and pans extremely old and needs to be replaced. Food and grease stuck to it. Coffe pot extremely old and dirty and needs to be replaced. We had to take it apart and clean it in order for it to work. I would not recommend this place and would not stay here again.

Spacious house with perfect location

House was perfect for a large family reunion. Plenty of space for us to be together or spread out when needed. The movie room and game room were a huge hit. The resort pool provided a ton of fun also. Location was perfect. Close to all the attractions in Orlando.

This VRBO was incredibly spacious and comfortably accommodated our group of 6 adults and 7 children. The private pool and hot tub created the perfect balance of fun for the kids and a peaceful, relaxing retreat for the adults. The gated subdivision also featured a fantastic private water park, which was a major hit with everyone and conveniently included in the rental. With plenty of well-appointed bedrooms and bathrooms, everyone enjoyed both comfort and privacy. Its prime location near all the major Orlando attractions made it an ideal home base for our trip.The gaming room was also a big hit. The host was exceptionally responsive, friendly, and readily available for any questions or concerns. I would definitely stay there again.

Awesome house

We had such a wonderful time at your home—thank you for sharing it with us! The house was perfect for our family. The kids absolutely loved the movie theater room and the game room—it really made the trip extra special for them. We also really appreciated how quickly and kindly you responded to any questions we had. Everything went so smoothly, and it truly felt like a home away from home. We’re already talking about coming back next year for our family trip.

Comfortable

My entire party (it was a decent group of us) LOVED the property and the host (not sure if I’m allowed to say names) answers really quick. She is nice and helpful. I will definitely book again and my group wants to stay here again as well. Next time we’re up here for a tournament, this is where we are staying.

Disney fun

We really enjoyed our stay. The house os very spacious with plenty of things for everyone to do. The kids mastered their swimming skills, we all watch frozen in the theater room and the game room was a fun spot for all. It was great to relax and play after our long days at Disney. Thank you, Jennifer for being such a great host!

Golf Trip

We hosted our annual golf trip this past week. The house accommodated 9 adults very comfortably. The house was clean and the pool was perfect for the sunny weather. Our hosts communicated with us well and we're available as needed. I would recommend this vacation home to anyone traveling to Disney or for a golf trip.

Wonderful stay

The house was wonderful and spacious and had plenty of room for all of us. Three families each with 2 young kids (ages 4-8) had a fantastic time and would recommend. The community water park with slides and lazy river was a definite plus!

Family Vacation

The kids loved the theater room the game room and the pool we had a great time with the family. Jennifer and Craig was great at responding when anything was needed. We had a few issues but otherwise everything was great.

Dance Comp Weekend

Stayed there with my daughter and 4 other dance moms/girls while we were visiting Orlando for dance competition. Great home with all the amenities we needed. The art work on the walls very soothing with all the sea life. Great place, would request to stay there again for our next comp. Jennifer, the host was amazing! Very responsive and worked with us on some changes we had to make prior to our arrival. Highly recommend!
