I would not recommend this house. Upon arrival the house was filthy, furniture worn, dryer didn’t work property, curtains feel off wall on to a toddler traveling with us. No chairs were provided by island, kitchen chairs were cover in food. The inside of our refrigerator was covered with food as well. Outlet had metal prong stuck in it. We tried to report many of the problems upon arrival, but it became very time consuming as we were also cleaning the space to make it livable for the week. As we were traveling with a large party, leaving early and finding another place during spring break was not an option. Items from previous guest were found in bedrooms. Multiple disturbances from neighbors occurred during our stay including a random woman knocking on our door at 11:30 PM. We also had to check out in a hurry as a fist fight broke out across street from driveway and we were concerned about it escalating further in front of our children. One night we all awoke to a police chase going down the street. Upon check out, we kindly requested a refund for all our issues. They issued a small refund that barely covered the cost to “heat the pool” and the cleaning fee that is charged. Seeing as the rental was filthy and we spend time during vacation to clean it, I thought the refund amount was very unfair. I would not recommend this for any extended family groups looking for a clean, safe, and reliable rental.
