The communication from the owner was great. On arrival it was clear that the cleaners breezed through the property. There was a lot of dust on all of the surfaces throughout the home and the floors were dirty. A lot of our guests were sneezing during the whole stay because of the dust. We also encountered 2 HUGE roaches and a large spider in separate rooms. Pest control is a must before another booking. The property has a lot of wear and tear and could use an overhaul of touchups. It served the purpose for the family gathering and we made the most of our time there. Just sharing some things that could be deal breakers for future guests.

Great Home for Multiple Families

Kids loved the karaoke room, theater room, and pool. Communication was great and consistent. Kitchen is well stocked with lots of dishes and double dishwasher was a plus.

The house layout and space was perfect. Many of the outdoor features that we had hoped to utilize were damaged so we were unable to spend a lot of time outside. You mention this on the first night and I had hoped the owner would have made an effort to replace the furniture or at least get some pieces

It is a beautiful home and we enjoyed our stay. We had a couple of questions the first day and Nick was quick to answer and take care of it. The Karaoke was a hit and the pool was nice to have to ourselves. But don't forget the two resort areas. One is a quick walk from the house and the second is the newest and a short drive. The newest one was a not crowded and had a good splash area for littles and fun slides for the older kids. The resort closest to the house was busier later in the day and on weekends but very nice in the morning.

This was a family vacay with 15 of us. This house accommodated all of our needs and the kids had a blast in the pool that they used every day of the stay. Any issues we had, Nick, the host, was very responsive and took care of it. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay for our Disney vacation!

We recently stayed at this property for a family trip to Walt Disney World, and the location couldn’t have been better. It was just a short drive to all the Disney parks! The house was spacious and comfortably fit our group of 14, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out.The host, Nick, was incredibly friendly and attentive. Communication was excellent, and any questions or concerns were answered within minutes. When we noticed the pool needed cleaning, the host had a cleaning team out in under 30 minutes, which we really appreciated. We came back from the park to a sparkling blue pool! The fully fenced-in patio, which required unlocking to access the pool area, was a great feature that gave us peace of mind with small children around.The pool, spa, karaoke room, and theater room were huge highlights, especially for the kids (ages 4–10), who absolutely loved having those fun extras right at the house.That said, the home could use a deep clean, and we were surprised that there was only one towel and one washcloth provided per person, which made laundry more frequent than we’d expected.Overall, we had a great stay and would consider coming back, especially if a few of those cleanliness details were improved. The location and amenities made it a memorable trip for our family!

A perfect getaway for your family

The house was beautiful and perfect for our family. The pool was so nice and the waterparks that you could use were incredible. They had restaurants and bars with lots of fruity drinks. The pools, slides and Lazy River were a lot of fun! It took us about 1/2 hour to get to the Disney parks everyday. The traffic was much better than we thought it would be. Our kids loved the movie room. Nick, our host was so easy to communicate with. He answered our questions right away. We highly recommend this amazing home!

The home theatre and pool were a hit with the kids.We had a great time at the "resort" pool a well. The home is a short ride from Disney which is an added bonus. Nick, the host was very responsive and provided information on the area which made things easy when getting settled.

Awesome House

This property was a perfect place to stay for our Florida and Disney World trip. Plenty of bedrooms, seating, and space. The kids loved the pool and the adults got to relax in the hot tub. We enjoyed going to the resorts on our days off and the karaoke/game room was a hit. If you have a big group, this house will work for you. The kitchen is not stocked with foil, or cookie sheets or anything extra, so even though it would have been a great place to cook meals, we didn’t end up doing that because frankly it would just cost money and time that we didn’t want to spend. Eating out ended up being cheaper for us. Our last piece of advice would be to get the travelers insurance or to make sure all of the remotes get out back to their spots and take pictures. I remember putting the remotes back, and my sister in law remembers seeing them in their spots before she left, but we still got charged for missing ones. Thankfully, we bought the insurance and they were covered. Otherwise, great property and Nick was helpful when we needed assistance.

This house is beautiful!

This house is beautiful, it’s just what you see in the pictures. Our stay here was overall good. We had a few problems to occur, the theater did not work, in room 6 the tv didn’t work, the bathroom upstairs overflowed and the pool turned green on us 😫😫. With all that being said, I will still return for a future vacation here at this location. Nick, our host was amazing!!! Every text I sent regardless the time, Nick responded right away. His crew come right away to fix the bathroom issues, and had someone to come check and service the pool right away. In place of the theater and tv not working upstairs, the game room, and especially the karaoke 🎤 and the projector over the pool was a hit with my family!!! Also a plus is the location, the house is in a great location.

Dream Disney Vacation 😍

Our stay was great the house overall was better than expected. The pictures does it no justice. Nick was an awesome host! He replied quickly and kept in touch. I'm happy we chose this beautiful house. We love the movie room and the projector out by the pool was the cherry on top! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The distance from everything was a plus. We will definitely book again!

The property is very large and accommodated my party of 15. The home is in need of a deep cleaning. More than half of the bed linens were not clean. My family and I spent the day Sunday washing bed linens and sanitizing the property. The location was perfect and the resort pools were great! Nick was responsive and handled cleaning the pool upon our request which was also dirty upon our arrival.

A little disappointed for the price I paid

Location & neighborhood was great! Since we didn’t pay for the heat to be on for the pool the hot tub was freezing. The game room smelled like weed. 98% of the blinds are broken in the house.. Needs a deep cleaning the bathroom upstairs was disgusting. Floors, corners, baseboards etc Pans in the kitchen disgusting. To watch a movie by the pool or in the movie room you need to connect to your own accounts. I did talk with the owner he is aware of the smell. Should have warned me ahead of time.. it’s bad!
