Damage Waiver — Optional.

For a small, one-time, non-refundable fee, you can add extra protection against minor accidental damage that may occur during your stay. This option helps cover unexpected repair or replacement costs, so you can relax and enjoy your time without worrying about small accidents.



Safety Deposit

Alternatively, you may choose a refundable security deposit. The deposit will be returned in full after your stay, provided there is no damage to the property. Refunds are typically processed within 2 to 14 days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Exterior cameras at the front doorbell, driveway, and side of the house — outdoor only. No indoor cameras. A noise monitoring sensor is installed inside to ensure compliance with community quiet hours. Sound levels only — no audio recorded.
