    Ubicado en el exclusivo Dr. Área de Philipps de Orlando, justo en el medio de los 3 parques temáticos principales: Disney, Universal y Sea World.
    Nuestra villa es de propiedad y administración privadas. No se incluye ninguna presentación de tiempo compartido, ya que no somos parte de los tiempos compartidos de Westgate.

    Nuestra villa frente al lago ofrece las comodidades de su propio hogar como alternativa preferida a una habitación de hotel y le permite vivir en su propia casa adosada estilo jardín de 2 plantas. La villa está decorada con buen gusto con 2 dormitorios y 2 baños, 3 camas queen size para 6 personas cómodamente, un patio, un balcón cubierto, una sala de estar, una cocina completamente equipada con estufa, refrigerador, microondas, utensilios de cocina, platos y utensilios. . Ropa de cama, toallas y suministros de inicio se proporcionan.

    Además de un mejor valor, más que una estadía en un hotel, hay total privacidad, la libertad de poder preparar sus propias comidas en su tiempo libre y más espacio para vivir. Como escribió nuestro invitado anterior que regresa año tras año: "nuestros hijos disfrutan de su propio apartamento tipo loft arriba".

    Quería decirle cuánto disfrutamos mi hijo y yo de su Villa en Orlando Florida que alquilamos para la semana del 1 de julio. Después de pasar nuestras primeras vacaciones del 4 de julio en Florida, no podríamos haber pedido un lugar más agradable para disfrutar de los fuegos artificiales. Nos sentamos en el pequeño patio con vista al lago y pudimos ver diferentes fuegos artificiales.
    muestra durante 2 horas, fue maravilloso (especialmente habiendo perdido los fuegos artificiales del Día de Canadá mientras viajábamos).

    La Villa y el Resort eran hermosos y ciertamente no teníamos que ir muy lejos para entretenernos.

    De hecho (y espero que no le importe) le haya dado su dirección de correo electrónico a una colega mía en el trabajo que podría estar planeando un viaje con su hija en el futuro cercano.

The beds in the bedrooms were super uncomfortable you could feel the Springs of the mattresses that bothered you in the back, the house had a funny smell and the range was not working properly, everything was so old , the only good thing was clean at least

Host Gloria was very accommodating! The building was good, older and in need of upgrades. Beds were older and need to be replaced but they were ok! Location is very convenient

We had a wonderful two-week stay at this home and it was exactly what we needed. The space has a light, beachy feel, very airy and open, which made it perfect for our close-knit group. The overall vibe is serene and relaxed, making it easy to unwind after busy days.The location is ideal, conveniently situated between all the Orlando attractions and parks, which made getting around simple and stress-free. One of our favorite parts was the outdoor space; on sunny days, the patio is a beautiful spot to relax, and there’s also a lovely walking area by the lake.Gloria, the owner, was incredibly kind and accommodating throughout our stay, which really enhanced the experience. The place is a bit small, but it's cozy, comfortable and the home has a charm.Overall, this place was perfect for what we needed, and we truly enjoyed our time here. Thank you, Gloria.

Great Location and Prompt response

We enjoyed our stay here. Great location and it's more convenient to many important/attractive places in Orange County. It's quite and good place for morning walk near the lake. Ms. Gloria was so prompt in response and very helpful with taking care of our needs. Would love to stay in this place again.

The vrbo had sugar ants in it. The beds were very uncomfortable. When I informed the contact person, they said they would send out maintenance. I informer her that we would be checking out early due to the ants and beds. There as no response after that.

We were pleased with the condo we had. It was adequate in every way. There were 5 of us.

We enjoyed our stay. The landlord responded right away when I sent a text to her. Very helpful. It was convenient to everything we needed. If we go to Disney in the future, I will book it again.

Needs updating

It was the perfect location with short distances to everything however the entire building and its contents need to be renovated! The interior was very clean and tidy but I would not recommend this place as a good vacation location.

While we decided to shorten our stay at the condo, we appreciated the prompt response from our contact person, Gloria, when we discovered some issues at the condo. She did her best to remedy the situation and was understanding of our concerns.

The place I reserved wasn’t anything like the pictures advertised on the website. It was dirty and out of date.. Our party of 4 was inconvenienced the first night had to get lodging and for the duration of the trip had move to another place.The area was very dark at the entrance.

Would stay here again

Great location, great set up - bedroom upstairs with 2 beds and a bathroom and bedroom on main floor with another bathroom. This worked well for 3 colleagues - 2 female and 1 male staying here. Close to Disney Parks, Universal Studios and Sea World. Close to Trader Joe’s and Walmart. Difficult to walk to these locations but a quick Uber away. My only minor drawback is it would’ve been nice to have small things like coffee filters, dish soap and cooking oil so we didn’t need to purchase these things for the 3 days we stayed. Otherwise great value for location! I’d stay here again.

Winter getaway

Surprisingly guide for where it was located. Enjoyed lake views and could see the fireworks from the parks. Could use some upgrades.

Great little apartment

We had a lovely stay. It’s a great little apartment. If you’re looking for luxury, full dining room and a big kitchen, this is not your place. But if you’re looking for a quaint space, a spectacular lake view, a quiet area located close to everything, this is the place for you. Ms Gloria is very hospitable and quick to respond to any questions. It was our pleasure to stay at this townhouse.

Very helpful..

Gloria was very helpful in all request we asked of her. You couldn’t ask for a better person to deal with. The villa was not far from anything you wanted to see or eat. If your looking for a place that is Convenient to all them parks this is the place you want to stay.

The lake view alone is worth the stay

Great location for out of towners. The Lake and a few palm trees right out side the glass patio door.You can see the fire works from Disney over the Lake. That was pretty cool.Universal is less than 10 minutes away with traffic.Walmart is right around the corner. The pictures of the condo are accurate. The price is fare for what you are receiving.The patio and balcony are nice additions for people how like more space then a hotel room. Check-in was simple and communication was simple and easyBetter then other experiences in the past.My family enjoyed our stay
