Family vacation

Great vacation

Enjoyed our stay but the cleaners need to actually clean the outside area around the pool this was dirty and to be honest unacceptable. We had to clean this area ourselves as it was that bad, prior to use. There is no alarm on the exit door to the pool, and the sliding blinds on this same door kept falling off. There was only ONE tea towel available to dry dishes. Most of the ceiling fans didn't work on the remotes as the batteries were either mouldy or no longer working. The paint work in the main dining area was grubby with red marks on walls. Having said all these points we still enjoyed our stay these are just points that the management company need to get a grip with, especially the cleaning outside. I have taken photos of the dirty outside area which I have if needed. As I said, niggley points but we still enjoyed the stay.

A home away from home

Overall my husband and I were very impressed with our stay. The owners of the property had very fast communication. I actually started the booking process 48 hours prior to traveling to Florida and they were very quick to respond to my query and work with me to get everything set up prior to traveling. The community is very safe, they have a security guard at the entrance that follows protocol and ensures that you are supposed to be in the community. When we arrived to the property everything was just like the pictures on VRBO. It was clean and properly taken care of. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The house has space for 8-10 people and it would still be comfortable. The pool was well maintained and we opted for the heated pool, but if you are someone who does not get cold easily, it was warm enough to swim after the sun went down during these hot summer months. The owners also provided ample towels, extra bedding, a few garbage bags, toilet paper, hand towels, kitchen towels, and dishwasher soap to get you by, but if you are staying for an extended period then you will need to purchase extra items. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials such as pots, pans utensils, bowels etc. Overall, would definitely stay at this property and this community- Water Song again. During the summer months there is a bit of traffic getting to Orlando for the amusement parks- about 45 minute drive, but it is expected.

Very nice stay

Property was very nice and clean. Nice pool. Great neighborhood. There are a lot of signs throughout the house which seem a bit unnecessary. The alarm code to leave was at the front door but it was different from the code I was emailed and the code in the book in the home. Consistency should be addressed there. One bathroom was not working but we didn’t need it. The dryer vent was not hooked up but we fixed that and we noticed an electrical outlet cover missing in the downstairs bedroom. Overall very nice property and we would stay again.

Mother’s Day weekend

Property was ready clean and very comfortable for my family, we enjoy the stay. when I arrived air conditioning was it 76 I reached out to the property manager and asked them if they can lower it and they did immediately that was great and perfect. I definitely recommend the property

We really enjoyed our stay, the facilities were great! We only had minor issues with a slight dog smell and some dirtiness upon entry, but these were negligible. The house was beautiful! Thank you..... Highly recommended....

Brothers Golf Week

We come to this area every year for a week of golf. Stay at various places and locations. Watersong was very nice. Plenty of room, clean, 4BR & 4BA perfect for us too. No problems, all was as described and we were quite pleased with the stay. Would definitely come back again!

Charge pool heater and didn’t work , ac is hot house is always super hot . Dirty house , wouldn’t let my guest in gate and we’re on the list . House Manager wouldn’t answer . Very unprofessional

Staycation

House was clean and well stocked...beds were comfy....loved the pool, it was super clean and refreshing...did not like all the pre arrangements/booking process...it was way too complicated...I was asked for a ton of info...my family rented 2 other houses in the same development..they did not go through that...and after all that I was locked out of the house at first (after proper check in time) was frantic having to call and get a new code...otherwise once I finally got into the house...it was enjoyed...just felt there were so many rules, I was nervous most of my stay for anything to go wrong..

A great stay

We enjoyed our stay and the convenience of our own pool. We had lots of room to spread out. Was able to do laundry. We felt safe being in a gated community. The security guards at the gate were all friendly. We were close to a lot of places. We will definitely stay again.

Beautiful home with lots of space!!! Great experience.

Two nights of our stay were interrupted by extremely loud neighbors. Disappointed that there were no opportunities to report noise issues internally within the housing development.
