Originally talking with the host was very simple and easy, much appreciated. Once arriving to the property it became extremely apparent that there was a lot wrong with the property, and the “host” was just someone overseas responding for them but not actually getting anything done. I mentioned th first day we got there that there were nails sticking out of the carpet in one of the bedrooms, a huge safety concern for the little kids and us and that was never addressed throughout our stay meaning that we couldn’t even use that room. The entire ceiling over the downstairs bedroom was pouring down water all over the bed and carpet because you guys had an issue with the AC unit and never took care of it. It was clearly an ongoing issue because the ceiling was already patched in that exact spot from water. We asked to have th pool heated and they never did it until after needing to confirm 100 times with them and then instead of heating in 24 hours like they said it took over 48 hours so we barely had any time with a heated pool. The AC also was turned off by your technicians and not turned back on for over 24 hours in the extreme Orlando heat, after multiple attempts by us to have someone come right away. This was a disaster of a stay in terms of the home. We come once a year to get together with family and shouldn’t have been dealing with all that.
