The home itself was very nice, as represented in the photos and description. The location is great just south of Disney. My issues are with the management company. We arrived to a broken door keypad that would not let us in. The management company did not answer calls or outreach via the VRBO app. We waited in the front porch for nearly an hour, until we realized a door by the back pool was unlocked, giving us access, but they had no ability to come out and help if that door had not been open. They promised a repair and to bring the welcome packet like dishwasher detergent and trash bags that were not present, but over the first three days, nobody showed or contacted us. Because the door was broken, we could not lock the house when leaving. The third night while out to dinner, the house was entered, our belongings rifled through, and items were stolen, including the birthday cake in the fridge for that evening! Those who entered locked the door on the way out so we were locked out! No response to us or the sheriff’s department to repeated calls and messages for nine hours, and then only a message saying they were sorry for the problem and they would update management and get back to us. As I write this, still no response or outreach for not providing a way to access the house we paid for.
