We had such a wonderful stay at the Nemo House! Our family of 7 included 5 kids ages 17,11,10,6 and 2 stayed for 11 nights. There was things for everyone to do on our days spent at the house. The game room, pools and hot tub were all a hit! As parents we truly appreciated all the safety and baby/toddler features such as door alarms, baby gates, high chairs, pack and plays, utensils and plates. Close to the parks such as Disney and Discovery Cove which we enjoyed. Also appreciated proximity to Walmart which made it easy to get items needed. Our 6 year old is in a wheelchair, we found the home easy to navigate for/with him. We enjoyed the heat for the pools and made swimming enjoyable even in evenings and cooler days. Appreciated the owners and their strong communication. Due to a storm canceling our flight at the end of the trip we were able to coordinate with the owners to extend our stay. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely book again.

We paid for heated pools and ultimately was reimbursed due to them not heating appropriately. Not enough toilet paper so we had to go buy some. The vents had not been cleaned out so debris continued to blow all over the floor and beds. Otherwise it was nice and convenient to the Disney parks. Staff responded quickly but for the price these should have not been an issue.

Host answered any questions quickly, instructions and directions were easily understood. Location was convenient to shopping and amusement parks. House was roomy and worked perfectly for our family with 6 adults and 6 children.

House was fantastic. 4 families with 8 adults and 4 children ages 2-5 stayed 8 nights. The kids loved the placed, so much that the two little ones cried when we said we had to go. Pools and hot tub were great, and the heat even worked when we had a couple of nights in the low 40s. We cook a lot and Nemo house had plenty of dishes and cookware available. Double washer dryers combo was extremely helpful. Game room was enjoyed by the kids and the adults. The house even had a nex playground video game system which we liked so much we will be buying one for ourselves. Location was great for Disney parks. Groceries were just a couple of minutes away. Many reviews have mentioned being unhappy with the pool alarm, but I am thankful it was there, so that we knew if one of the kids opened the door to the pool.

The Nemo house was perfect for our group of 11. (5 children ranging from 1-10 years old and 6 adults.) It was an easy drive to all the Disney Parks. The home was clean and extremely family friendly. The pool area and game room was filled with items used by the children and adults. Strollers, baby bed, youth beds, high chair—- all included. Host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly when I had questions. Kitchen well equipped. I highly recommend the Nemo house.

The house is a gem with the Nemo pool which is perfect for small children and plenty of room to move around and enjoy each themed bedroom. The kitchen is amply complete to prepare meals while also providing many different appliances and an outdoor grill. There are plenty of items to also set one up for vacation without having to immediately run out to the store from paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, shampoo, etc.We stayed a few years ago before the home changed owners, and some of the changes were not as ideal but we still had a great time. The biggest change was removal of the theater set up with theater chairs in the game room as we had planned on recreating our first trip since we had such a great time being able to watch movies and play the games while others could stay in the living room. This was my fault for not reading the updated listing. The game room is lacking seating. Most homes do have at least a table and chairs for those just wanting to be present to watch. I'd highly suggest adding that or a small couch to be able to sit along with a TV. The addition of the hockey table/ping pong was nice along with the play station and XBox and gaming chairs. For our party of 10, there weren't enough seats in the living room which last time was okay because we had the theater room. Recommend pool heat too if arriving in the latter Sept/Oct timeframe.Overall, a great trip and a VERY responsive and nice host. Highly recommend!!

This property was amazing! As Grandparents we brought 2 of our families with children ages 3-9. It is the perfect place to stay if going to Disney World- quick drive. The rooms were awesome with great themes and enough bathrooms for all! Everything was so clean and beds very comfortable. We used the wonderful pool areas every day and loved that the door was alarmed going out to the pool for safety! We would recommend this property to anyone going to Disney or other Orlando activities! Thank you to the owners!!!!

Home is absolutely beautiful & spacious. Wish we would've had more time on this trip to fully enjoy the house. The property is located super close to the Disney parks. The neighborhood is very nice, quiet & well kept. The rooms are wonderfully decorated & comfortable. The game room is also amazing & a great bonus. The outdoor area is an absolutely dream. Not only do you have a screened in pool & patio, but an additional side yard that's wonderful for the kids. The "Nemo" wading pool is super cute.The only negative factor is the alarm system for the back doors leading to the pool area. Obviously, it's meant to provide an extra sense of security (especially if there's small children in the traveling party); however, the set up is a bit of a nuisance. All in all, I would definitely rent this home again....

Best Stay Ever And Lots Included

From the beautiful house to the themed rooms to the fully stocked house everything was above and beyond. Our youngest 2,3,7,9 they enjoyed the princess room with carriage beds and princess dress up cloths the boys both 13 loved the Finding Nemo room and loved the ps5 and xbox one set ups in the game room plus the air hockey, basketball and ping pong. Or 16 yr old enjoyed the Disney themed room 2 led touch mirrors in the bathroom was cool plus the Star Wars room has boys costumes and the avengers room was cool to plus the other huge bathrooms and adult rooms. But over all the back yard with the jacuzzi over running in the pool oh my and then the nemo shaped swimming pool for the little ones was wow. One of the best experiences ever.

The Nemo house was excellent! Very close to all the main Orlando attractions, restaurants, gas station, grocery store, etc.. The location was perfect! We travelled with two other families so we had a total of 6 kids. The kids loved the themed rooms, gaming room, and of course the pools. The owner really thought of everything that kids would need to stay entertained, so it made the stay even better! Definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Orlando! The house was just perfect!
