The photos online looked great, so that’s ultimately why I chose to book here. I’ll start with the pros: - proximity to Disney World was great. The parks took between 12 and 20ish minutes to get to on average— longer during high traffic times. - close to Walmart which we drove to a couple times for food orders and I ordered Instacart one night and had groceries delivered.- I liked the idea of having the Guard house, however nobody that was staying with me was ever asked for ID to enter. I’m not sure if Instacart driver was required to give info on the way in. - the property manager was great. After departing, I realized I had left my ring at the house and the home owners reached out to him, he found the ring and kept it until I retrieved it at his house. That’s about it for the pros…Cons:- the water park was closed at least for the month of January which I wasn’t aware of during booking. I feel that this should be mentioned somewhere noticeable for families to see prior to booking. Maybe I missed it. - the house is big, but there’s one thermostat zone for heating and cooling. It was 20-40 degrees outside during my stay, and the house was freezing. If you put the heat on, the upstairs temp would be unbearable and it still wouldn’t ever heat the downstairs. The game room had a separate split for heating/cooling but the kids were barely in this room so it was left alone once we realized it didn’t help raise the temp of the main living area at all. - the alarm on the ba

The house is beautiful and was perfect for the family and friends while we prepared for our wedding. The kids had plenty to keep them occupied and it was also very comfortable for the adults.

Family Reunion

The check-in and communication regarding check-in was easy. The house is as described but not as large and open as the pictures appear. They are all very nice just smaller than they look online. I believe the listing said it comes with games and children’s toys which we found two decks of cards and that was it. I ordered toys for my two year old grandchild from Amazon while we were there. They did have plenty of strollers and a pack and play and a highchair. However, the game room was terrific. We liked it a lot. Also, once we figured out how to get the hot tub warmed up, we enjoyed that as well since we were there in January. it took about four cycles of holding the button in for 60 seconds to get the hot tub warm , once it shut off the cold water starts coming in you have to get out and press the button again for another 60 seconds. Like I said, once we got the hang of it, it wasn’t too bad, but the first night after traveling, we were looking forward to it and it was very cold. The Grill could use an update even turned on low the flames were coming up very high. These are really minor things that once we figured out were fine. The communication was great. The house is great tons of towels and linens enough cookware, great laundry room for a big group. Windsor hills is a great place to stay. I have stayed there before about 10 years ago and it’s nice to see that they kept it up so well you see people working constantly power washing ect

Good stay

Have stayed in Windsor Hills before and plan to stay next year. Great location. Stayed 13 days. Great access to Disney but a bit further to Universal. While we stayed in a 6 bedroom villa which we needed with 13 in our party. My brother and his wife stayed in a 2 bedroom condo. I saw it and it was perfect. A good alternative to the larger home if you have less people. We like the security of the check in and checking the cars as they come in. Altogether a great place to stay for a great alternative to a hotel.

Family Fun Time for All

Great property, location and tons of fun for all ages! Glad they had multiple strollers, a highchair, super pool with baby fence/pool alarm, extra linens and attentive property management. Hope we are able to return for a future Disney trip!!!

Would Stay Here Again

This place was perfect for our first-time Disney adventure with adult kids, grandkids, and grandparents. Our eight and 11-year-old kids loved the pool (which was an excellent warm temp) and the game room. The house itself has a wide open center featuring the kitchen, dining, and TV-watching area. It was perfect for our needs. We checked out the resort pool and water slides area one day. The pool was like a giant hot tub - so warm and lovely. We were at each of the Disney parks in under 15 minutes and Walmart is 2 minutes away. We had our groceries delivered from Walmart (2855 N Old Lake Wilson Rd) which is 100% worth it. If you want to not eat at Disney for a day, we strongly recommend the Cracker Barrel that is close to this property. We don't recommend Black Angus which is also close to the property. It was dingy and dated. If we return to Disney, we will 100% book here again. It was perfect for a family of 8! THANK YOU!

Beautiful home and so close to Disney!

This house is very nice and located very close to Disney parks. Check in and out was easy and we were given great tips and advice before arriving that made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Home

Ohana house is a lovely home! There are plenty of amenities, plenty of towels, well equipped kitchen, infant and small children supplies such as high chairs, strollers, and the best private pool. We loved that the house had no back yard neighbors, privacy screens on the sides of the lanai as well as a safety fence around the pool with door alarms. Check in and out was a breeze. Easy access to Disney Parks.

Great Family Celebration

This was the perfect place to celebrate my daughter’s 40th birthday. There were 6 adults and 2 infants and the accommodations were wonderful. Our 16 month old grandson loved the Moana room! The house was immaculate, well equipped for infants and the surrounding area was ideal. We were at the tot lot daily. We needed a battery for one of the smoke detectors, and management addressed it immediately. The owners were extremely responsive to any questions we had. And the laundry room with its 2 washers and 2 dryers was great. Absolutely fabulous experience.

Fun experience/Great home

It is a great house. We all had our own master suite. One suite has direct access from bedroom to pool and jacuzzi. Great game room. We had a blast with the games. The pool and jacuzzi were were a perfect compliment to a long day at Disney. The water pressure in the showers was awesome. Big deal for me. The kitchen island is beautiful and perfect for family meals. Located a few minutes from Disney and close to great dining and shopping. Geez we had so much fun and created some great memories. We will return to this home.

Amazing Home

Nice vacation

Overall it was a good experience. House was as listed. However I do question the through cleaning. The game room had bottles of water on the floor and the high hair used by the previous renters were still out with crackers on the high chair tray. I had serious issues with the dryer starting so I hope others can manage better than we did. The game room is great the location to the water park is great. I will say when we did have issues we got close to immediate response.
