Flavio met us at the door upon our arrival and explained the amenities and systems in the house. When we discovered there was no baby gate, he had one delivered. The house is VERY roomy and clean. Our 4 year old grandson had a good time figuring out what bedroom was "his," and we all enjoyed the hot tub even with the chilly weather. The extras such as the double stroller and high chair were appreciated. The game systems, large screen televisions, pool table, and air hockey were great diversions from busy theme park excursions.Champions Gate is a nice compound with water parks (too chilly to use, but they would have been great), a theatre, clubhouse and more. It was quiet and well manicured. Proximity to the theme parts was close; however, the traffic was pretty slow at times.Overall, we give this place a perfect score.

Pool was a perfect size and temperature for 5 kids to play in. House was big enough for us to spread out when we needed space, but ample spaces to all hang out together too. If I had to complain about something it would be the shower heads in the bathrooms were kind of weak, but that’s digging for something to complain about that’s how good the place was.

We had an amazing stay at this home! Everything was spotless when we arrived, and the kids practically lived in the warm pool — it was perfect at all hours of the day. I really appreciated that the grill and pool heat were included with no nickel-and-diming.The kitchen was well equipped — the best-stocked kitchen I’ve ever had in a vacation rental (I get sick of the bare bones places)— and there were plenty of towels for everyone. We also took full advantage of both water parks every day. The PlayStation and air hockey table were a huge hit, and the themed bedrooms made the kids’ trip.The furniture was smart, comfortable, and clearly chosen with rentals in mind. We had one small issue pop up during the stay, but the owner handled it quickly and professionally.Overall, this home made for a wonderful family vacation. We would absolutely stay again!

The stay was nice. Just a few things from the listing that was not at the property. Listed spices there were zero and no pool toys. Had to go and purchase. Clicked handicap when looking for a place. Had a down stairs bedroom, but need slip resistant strips in the shower’s. Had to purchase bath mat for my 85 year old mom.

Everything was extremely clean, couldn’t have asked for anything better. Great communication and everything was as described. My grandchildren loved it. But that pool and hot tub after all day at Disney was a perfect ending!

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The property was well equipped and very clean. Communication with the host was spot on. The complimentary pool and spa heating was a lovely touch. We have stayed in florida quite a few times and this house ticked all our boxes. Would definitely recommend.

This house was outstanding! Everything was exactly as described. Perfect for the 5 of us, and it would have comfortably suited another 2-4 people. The pool and spa temperature were perfect! I would definitely stay here again!!

The house was absolutely perfect for our family of 9. There was plenty of space for everyone, and the home was well stocked with all the family needs. We loved the pool area and hot tub. I think the only thing I would suggest is doing something to the patio door leading to the pool as it opens and closes very hard. It definitely didn’t stop us from having a great time though. Thanks for the lovely vacation. When we come back, we will definitely book this property again!

Amazing property with more things to do than we had time for! This home was clean, spacious, and contemporary. We enjoyed the pool (heated!), the 8 ft pool table, the huge smart TVs and the full size air hockey table. The teens were happy to have their own room and their own bathrooms and the master suite was gorgeous. Easy check-in by following Wendy’s instructions and checkout was simple as well. Very close to Publix grocery and also near a Target. 20-40 minute drive to the Disney and Universal parks depending on time of day/traffic. We would 100% stay here again!

We celebrated Hubbys 65 bday with family! We had everything we needed ! Well equipped with everything we needed! Every kitchen appliance we needed! Perfect fit for active large family!

I'll start by saying that the house host was very prompt to pleasantly answer any questions our family had. Check-in/out process was very straight forward which relieved a lot of stress after traveling. Now for the house...Absolutely perfect. There was nothing the house did not have to help make our annual family trip perfect. We travel with two 75 year old Moms and they were extremely impressed. It is very hard to find a home up to their cleanliness standards and this home received NO complaints. The home is also a rare find with three master bedrooms. A master on the main is always a must for our trips due to mobility issues. We were able to have both Moms in their own master with a third left for us. You cant beat that! As for the rest of the house, the pool was perfect, the grill was included, and due to not one but two theater areas, the adults and kids were able to have movie nights at the same time. The pool, arcade room, and games room gave all the kids enough to do to stay occupied on their own whenever we weren't out. As parents, we actually felt like we received a break because the kids were content.Overall fabulous place with kid themed rooms, lots of space to spread out, and entertainment for all.Don't hesitate to book. Your family will thank you.

Beautiful home away from home

The house is very beautiful, just like the pictures. Very spacious and clean. I had 13 people of all ages and the house was so big. Pool and hot tub were great. They were both heated as stated in listing. Wendy was awesome. I messaged her late to add on a driver and she answered right away. We had an issue with upstairs AC. I messaged her an it was taken care of right away. No issues after that. If you are thinking about it, just go ahead and book. You won't regret it. I would definitely rent again. Thank you Wendy.

A great stay for family vacation

We enjoyed a week-long stay in this home. Nicely appointed with two special themed rooms for the kids. Plenty of spacious spaces on the main floor for dining, TV viewing, and game spaces. The pool with a hot tub was a special treat and convenience used during the warm weather. Excellent communication from the host pre-arrival made the policies and expectations clear.

Great stay!

This was a great house for our extended family with lots of beds and space to sprawl out. Everything was really CLEAN upon arrival, and we had a starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels and soaps in the kitchen and bathrooms, which is really appreciated. The house came with pool floaties which the kids loved. We lost power for a few hours across the area and the property manager was on it with communication. Pro tip - Get to the clubhouse at 8:30am to reserve a Cabana during busier times. We got one with a bathroom for all of us by the upper pool and it was well worth the cost. If I could change anything it would be to put in a sectional of sorts in the living room so groups could better use the living area, and maybe add a basket of throw blankets. :)I would totally come back and stay again!
