We had great expeditions for this property as it was going to meet all of our needs. It is unfortunate that the management, cleaning and overall presentation of the property was very very poor; The worst I have seen in fact. You should all be very ashamed of what was presented to us for the cost we paid. It becomes difficult to enjoy your time with your family when you are left to live with broken beds and dirty decrepit furniture. Broken washing machine, pool pump failed affecting our pool time, excessive cockroaches despite our meticulous daily clean up, no batteries in tv remotes, poor internet signal, carpets are just disgusting along with the area mat in the living room-housekeeping non existent and just rushed to meet the cause with wet carpets on our arrival; The house stunk like animal urine. Not impressed we had to wash sheets that were clearly not done on the kids bed stained with urine as well. The parking on the streets in our area along with loud music every night until 1-2 am. Never again will we consider your property management team ans I hope the owner catches wind of this if your looking after this on their part because I would have fired your lack of attention and compassion. It shows that the only concern is filling the property to appease the situation. I will be posting my experience with social media to further show examples of the disgraceful conditions so further people are not exposed to your poor practices.
