We had a really lovely stay. The house was very clean and everything looked just like the pictures. The kids had the best time at the playhouse, the game room, and especially the pool, they didn’t want to leave.The common areas are very spacious and comfortable, perfect for spending time together as a family. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

We absolutely loved our stay here! When we first walked in, everything was extremely clean and clearly very well taken care of. I’ve stayed in quite a few rental homes over the years, and this one was definitely the nicest in terms of how well it’s maintained. I even took a few photos before my family settled in to show everyone at home how great it looked!Our kids loved the game room and the pool and spent a lot of time there. They also were obsessed with all the themed rooms and decor around the house. The resort itself is very nice as well and felt safe and well maintained, which was important for us.Communication with the owners was also wonderful the entire time. They responded quickly to our questions and were very easy to work with.Overall we had an amazing trip and would absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend to those looking for the best place to stay during their vacation. The kids are already asking when we can come back.

This house was very nice, especially if you have children. There was plenty of space. My kids loved the Disney themed rooms and slept in a different room each night. The chandelier light in the princess room and the slide in the Toy Story room were such a hit! The Mickey and Minnie room had beautiful murals and decorations on the walls. They also loved going out to the game room to play in the clubhouse and play air hockey. We had a great time in the pool and spa (heated to the same temperature as the pool) and we even ventured out to the community pool which had water slides and a splash pad. Being able to walk to 3 different playgrounds in the gated community was an added bonus! Close proximity to all the Disney Parks. Having Walmart just across the street from the gated community was so convenient. The house was clean and had everything we needed.

The host was very informative and answered all questions we had. Checked in throughout the trip to make sure we had everything. Only thing that stunk was that the waterpark was closed down for maintenance. But other than that, it was a great trip by my whole family and we will definitely book again.

We loved the house the minute we opened the door. Even though we only stayed for a day and a half because we were leaving for a week-long cruise, the whole family was truly impressed by how beautiful and spotless the house was.It was the perfect stop for our family, and we would definitely recommend this property for a week-long stay. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to enjoy the community pool and all the amenities, but we did visit the clubhouse, it is very close to the house and absolutely beautiful.Communication with the homeowners was excellent, very kind and responsive. We loved the house so much that I actually called the owners and booked our summer vacation here. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience. The whole family loved the house.

Conveniently located- express back way to Animal Kingdom! Close to grocery stores and places to eat. The house was amazing! Very accommodating for a large group. Cutely decorated and clean you definitely feel secure in the gated community. We did not utilize the pool or the water park as our stay was mid January and our itinerary packed, however, I would definitely stay here again in warmer weather and enjoy our break day at this comfortable home. The host Tanya was very responsive and provided all the information we needed to get into the community and home. Highly recommend! We really enjoyed it!

House was big, however cleanliness was ok. The shower curtain downstairs needs to be replaced. It's gross stain and moldy.In the master bedroom upstairs, the quilt I had to wash it was not clean. There are some food or something on it. The pool area I would give it a two sliding door. You can barely get in and out and barely opens needs to be updated. The carpeting upstairs needs to be updated. It's a great place. If you had kids, we did not have any kids just adults it worked. The location was great. It went by ESPN, which is what we needed. I paid for the pool to be heated. The pool never worked, and it was kind of dirty.The house did not have any extra toilet paper. It did not have any extra garbage bags. It did not have any extra soap so I really wasn't ready for that when we got there I mean, not even one extra toilet paper. I think if they put some work into the house and update the pool the sliding door, the carpeting it could be great.

The location is ideal for Disney parks. The gated community is great and the community amenities including privacy. The house was very spacious and my kids loved it. The slide on the bunk beds was a huge hit. However, the first night after my kids went to bed the smoke alarm beeped for a dead battery. There wasn't a ladder on site but we were able to get it down and change the battery. The pool was heated to a perfect temperature but there is no hot tub only a soaking pool in the corner. The pool area was gross for supposedly just being serviced the day we arrived. Gatorade wrapper on the chair, a bandaid a wad of hair a dead frog and a few bugs and other things floating in it along with it not being so clear. The slider to get out actually got stuck one day with my husband and kids 1&5 out there and me inside. On our 6th day there the pool turned brown! The pool service guy couldn't tell us why but did turn off the heat to see if it helped. Also the backing to the remote was missing and the batteries were corroded. They ask you to do a load of laundry before you leave but there was no detergent. When messaging about these issues I was left feeling like they thought I was lying but did say they would refund me one day of heating the pool. Hopefully they oblige. The themed kids rooms were cute tho. So rent at your own will

We had a great 6 night stay. The home is in a well lit, kept up, gated community perfect for any family. All the disney parks are within 10-15 minutes driving distance so any family looking to save a little by staving offsite, this would be a great spot

Lots of space to be together but have our own space when needed. Kids loved the game room. The playhouse was a huge hit for all kids ages 3-11. Easy communication with owner. Ideal location - all parks so close and lots around the area for food and shopping for the few things we forget. Excellent stay!

Our host was very responsive and welcoming! The house has lots of space and the kids loved the playroom and the clubhouse. The bedrooms and bathrooms had plenty of space (the downstairs bedroom with the queen bed was a little tight). The kids rooms were a big hit especially the one with the slide! The kitchen had most everything needed. The frig is full size. The pool was a lot of fun for the kids (we paid to have it heated).

Large spacious house. Great for a large family ! Granddaughters loved the princess room and the infant crib in the master was a great added feature. The close proximity to and from Disney World was so convenient!!!!! So relaxing to sit in the pool after a long day at the park. Just wish they had a little more frying pans. Some of the dinning chairs .needed some TLC a couple of them had stains.

The house was as pictured and the kids loved the themed bedrooms and the playhouse. We had plenty of room and enjoyed our stay. We did have an issue with the washing machine which didn’t get fixed. We made due. We would recommend this property to anyone with kids and a big family. The kids loved the pool.

Good stay. Minor things need fixed

We had a great time overall but the oven doesn’t heat up right. You can’t read the numbers on oven or microwave. The ice machine doesn’t work on the fridge. There was sticker plants and stars coming off in the kids buzz lighter room. We made the best of it and the water park was awesome. The kids loved everything!

Orlando Adventure

Very pleased with the home, location in proximity to Disney parks and shopping. Our family also thoroughly enjoyed the water park during our off days between visiting the Disney Parks. Easy to locate from the airport and other Orlando attractions.

This property listing was good but needed some updating, especially one of the mattresses. Kitchen needed more dish towels. Overall we were pleased with location and the host.
