Please note that the garage has been converted into a game room and is not available for vehicle parking. Guests also have access to the amenities within the gated Highgate Park community (where applicable).

Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended to make the most of your stay. Highgate Park offers convenient access to major roadways, including US-27 and I-4, making it easy to reach Orlando's top attractions. Walt Disney World is approximately 20 minutes away, while Universal Orlando, SeaWorld, ChampionsGate, shopping centers, restaurants, and grocery stores are all within a short drive. Ride-share services such as Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the area.



Other Things to Note:

Guest Registration Required: After your reservation is confirmed, you'll receive a secure online registration form that must be completed before check-in instructions and access codes are released. This helps us verify reservations and ensure a smooth arrival.



Minimum Booking Age: The primary guest must be at least 21 years old.



Additional Cleaning: The standard cleaning fee covers normal cleaning and turnover after your stay. If the property is left excessively dirty or requires extraordinary cleaning or additional labor beyond a standard turnover, additional cleaning charges may apply. Any applicable charges will be documented and submitted through the booking platform.



Smoking, Vaping & Odors: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property. Guests are also responsible for preventing smoke, marijuana, or similar strong odors from entering or remaining inside the property, including through open doors or windows. If deodorizing, ozone treatment, or other remediation is required, additional charges may apply. Any applicable charges will be documented and submitted through the booking platform.



Parties & Events: Parties and unauthorized events are not permitted.



Property-Specific Information



Pool & Spa Heat: Pool heat is available for $35 per day. The spa operates with the pool heat. A minimum of 3 consecutive days is recommended.



Grill: A propane grill is available for guest use. Propane is not provided and is the guest's responsibility.



Pets: Up to two dogs are welcome for an additional $100 pet fee per stay.



Parking: Driveway parking only. The garage has been converted into a game room and is not available for vehicle parking.
