This two-story house gives your whole group (up to 10 of you) real room to spread out, unwind by the pool, and actually enjoy the time between park days

- King suite with its own full bathroom, its soaking tub and direct access out to the pool deck

- 4.5 bathrooms total, stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryer

You`re inside a gated, 24/7-monitored Davenport community, so the kids can walk to the park up the street while you actually relax by the pool.

Disney World is 30 minutes out, Universal Studios 40, and Legoland under an hour, all a straight shot down the highway, just pick your park.

Locally, groceries and pharmacy are 12 minutes away, and the airport is a manageable 37-minute drive for arrivals and departures.

We want your arrival to feel effortless. Orlando International Airport is only about a 37-minute drive, and once you`re home you`ll find private parking for 4 cars: 2 inside the house garage and 2 in the driveway.

Since we`re in a peaceful resort community, having a car (or a quick Uber) is the easiest way to get around, and the big attractions are close: Disney is around 30 minutes away and Universal around 40.
