Excellent host! House was wonderful.

Had a great stay here! The host was very responsive and considerate. Little details were taken care of. Great home! Property was clean and provided everything we could want. I love this resort also. We have come to this resort for a few years now, but this was the best property experience I’ve had.

Great spot!

Ted was first class to deal with, he always answered his phone if any questions that would arise, couldn't ask for better service. The house itself was also great and came as advertised! Couldn't have asked for a better setup! Would definitely stay here again.

Great Rental

6 adults stayed here to visit Disney World. Great house with plenty of room. The 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms gave extra privacy. I paid extra for the heated hot tub and pool since it was January. We used it every day. Would definitely stay here again.

Winter vacation

Lots of traffic, crazy busy parks. House was nice and well appointed. Recommend Disney Springs for fun side trip and bowling and dining!

Loved the stay!

We had an amazing family vacation at the property in Orlando, Florida. Everything was exactly as described and the rooms were spacious and beautiful. The hosts provided warm southern hospitality and made our stay unforgettable. We highly recommend this place for a luxurious stay and a memorable vacation.

Lovely place to stay

This is one of the nicest, well cared for homes that we have stayed in at Windsor Hills. We stayed for 5 days and pool and hot tub were awesome. Pool heat was well worth it and worked well. Heat was turned on before we arrived so pool was ready to use right away. Home is on a nice quiet street. Owner was prompt to answer any of my questions. I'd definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back!

Great location

The house was perfectly located. 3 king beds and 3 ensuites fit our group perfectly. Pool and hot tub were exactly what we needed each night. Only issues we had was no chalk for pool cues and no paddles for air hockey so we couldn’t use it. That was disappointing as one of the reasons we rented was these added amenities.

A beautiful house, close to the Disney parks

This house is beautiful, clean and spacious. Each of the four bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom. The management company was responsive, friendly and helpful. There is plenty of comfortable indoor and outdoor seating. The kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and could even watch Disney fireworks in the distance. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the clubhouse, but it's a lovely walk along a sidewalk in a quiet residential neighbourhood. We loved everything about this house and highly recommend it. We stayed in February 2023.

The property at Windsor Hills was beautiful. The enclosed inground swimming pool and hot tub were very convenient, our grandson loved them and they were a great help getting him ready for bed each night. We will definitely go back to Windsor Hills.

Great location

This was our second trip to the Orlando area but first in the Windsor Hills community. The clubhouse and mini themed Warter park was a bonus. House was as advertised. Master bed was a tad to hard for my liking but everything else was A+.

Great Disney Home

We really like the house. It was clean ranch style home. The location of the house makes it easy to get to all the parks. The pool and spa were perfect after a day in the parks. The home had a lot of small details to make it feel comfortable. We really like that the light switches were labeled!!

Best relaxing vacation for my family

Let’s start by saying the property is awesome Scott is the best. We ran into a problem with trash but Scott told me exactly what to do. Everything was just as the description said about the property. We really wanted to play Air Hockey but it wasn’t working properly but that meant the family played in th pool more . A++++ Top notch place to stay

Things to be aware of

First and foremost the owners of the property are amazing and nothing about this point is to reflect negatively on the owners. Just some things to be aware of. We travelled with my husband and myself, two children (6 and 8). 1.) We had to contact the management company to get our check in information. They never communicated that with us. 2.) When we arrived, due to Covid, drivers licenses in our state are on a temp hold to be renewed and the check in staff were very rude to us because the listing was under my name and my ID was expired. They wanted to see that our state was on a hold. Very short with us about it. I would have thought due to the current climate, that it would be understood and the attitude was not necessary. 3.) There was one bathroom with a glass sliding door, my 8 year old went to shower, the door fall off the track. Freaked her out. Thankfully it didn't break and she just went into another bathroom. WE got it back on the track, but it scared here. 4.) The heated pool was a plus the first week. The patio/pool doesn't get any sun and so trying to use the solar cover the second week didn't serve any help to warm up the water. If you travel in the months of Jan. or Feb, get the heated pool. 5. ) WE had a few days/moments of rain and it was sad that the air hockey table was out of order because that was the only game in the garage that they can use. 6.) Windows are single pane and that meant that the last week, we had to check into a hotel to get some peace and quiet. The neighbors had 7 kids and they would swim until way past the quiet hours of 11:00 p.m. After a day in the sun and wanting to rest or get your littles down, it was hard. We ended up staying at a resort for two night for some peace and quiet at night. I believe 11:00 is a little late for quiet hours, but that is a personal opinion. 7.) The master bath only has a soap dish and so with the many items a person MAY bring it was a little difficult to have much more then one bottle available Razors, shampoo, conditioner, etc will have to sit on the ground of the shower. A rack hanging from the shower would have been nice. 8.) Although the main living room is a Roku TV, the master bedroom only had the tv. You can't download Netflix or anything. Thankfully we brought our own and that didn't phase us. The house isn't bad, just some things to be made aware of when you travel.

Owners are wonderful

Great house! Resort is nice. Everything as described. There’s even enough of a backyard to play family games on (Cornhole or CanJam). We did have issues with the pool heat, but it was promptly attended to once I brought it to the attention of the owners, Scott and Corrie. The only negative experience was with the property management company, Global Vacation Homes. I tried to go through them to get the pool heat fixed initially (as the owners are not local and they are paying the management company to take care of these issues). After 24 hours of this not being resolved, I sent Scott the owner a FYI message about the pool heat issues. He called me promptly and asked a few questions to determine that a call to the contractor would be the best course of action. We had warm water a few hours after the contractor left. I cannot say enough about the hospitality of the property owners!!! They absolutely want their guests to have a good time. I will book this property again in the future for family trips!
