We have stayed in a lot of homes in this area. It is a shame that this large spacious property with private yard and pool, that things have been left to slide for some time in terms of repairs and maintenance. However, more importantly, the property was not thoroughly cleaned, especially with COVID. Upon arrival, thick dust on headboard in one of the masters, sticky split drink stains on kitchen floor. There was dust, crumbs and hair under table and sofas in sitting area. Our socks were black from just walking around the home. Carpets in bedrooms need a deep clean or replacement. Ice maker and water dispenser in fridge were inoperable. Pool was green on the bottom, dirty and fragments of glass were stepped on by our kids. Gate on left of house to pool enclosure had a broken missing latch so was not able to be closed. Grill has a sign on it ‘not to be used’. If it doesn’t work, then buy a new one. Bed sheets on 2nd floor bedroom had blood stains. We had to buy Clorox to wash them. The pillows in same room were yellow underneath covers. The Management Co. should be on top of all of this or owners should find a better company that will take pride in management and cleaning on their behalf, as your property will be in ruins before long and it has already started. Property Mgr appeared a few times with no appointment which was odd. Mentioned issues to management and they said they have trouble getting in as property always booked. That is no excuse. With some repairs, a deep clean and always a thorough cleaning after each checkout, this property could be very nice. Property needs to be vacant ASAP to address all of these issues.
