Recently spent 10 days at this rental and overall was happy with our stay. Some things that stood out as exceptional was the pool/hot tub, how well the AC works to reach rooms, especially upstairs, and how friendly the host was in all communications. I have done a handful of VRBO rentals. Anything that could use updating in the house falls in line with what I would expect in a rental home in a popular location. I had a few concerns that were not important enough to bring up to management to be rectified for our stay but were worth mentioning to the host. Even though I said they didn't need to be fixed right away, they sent someone out next day to fix some of the minor issues. I really appreciated the effort that went into making our stay as good as it could be I would definitely consider renting here again.

We had a great stay! The house was perfect for my family. It was as described, peaceful, private, clean and family friendly. Host made sure that all necessities were in the house and the house was very welcoming. Thank you!!!

We loved staying here! The beds were comfortable, the parks were close, the game room and pool were used everyday of our stay. There was everything we needed to make a home cooked meal which is so nice to do on a vacation. It was clean and well stocked with linens and pillows. Would love to stay here again.

Excellent home in prime Disney location! Short drive to all parks and Disney springs. Lots of rooms, we stayed 6 adults and 2 kids very comfortably. Pool was so nice to have on those hot Florida days in between parks. Would highly recommend and love to come back soon!

First, I give the property management and owner 10/10 for their communication and prompt responses. However, when I booked this house over 8 months ago, the pictures show this beautiful, clean, quiet home, perfect for our family vacation. However, I was rather disappointed. This home simply needs some love and attention. It is not the cleanest VRBO house we’ve ever stayed in. The carpets are crusty and stained, the pool is rimmed with green algae/slime, the floor makes your feet black when you walk on it, the upstairs bedroom window to the back of the houses screen is halfway off and the window is black from grime, utensils and cooking pots/pans were put away dirty, the pool chairs are very outdated and dirty (stained our clothes), kitchen lightbulbs need replaced, outlets do not work in the kitchen, ceiling fans are caked with dust, the kitchen chairs have duct tape on them, bed frames are broken, the master bedroom mattress is HORRIBLE, and every air vent/return is black from the dust build up. You can’t utilize the back sliding glass doors, as they are nearly impossible to slide/open, and the sprinklers for the grass spray directly on the walkway and into the pool, which makes a 4pm check in time very difficult. There are plenty of other small updates the house could use, but the things listed above need immediate attention. The community is quiet and in such a great location, but I’m not sure we will stay here again. We had such high hopes, but were quickly defeated.

Perfect stay near Disney Parks

Our first time staying off site to visit theme parks, and we have already booked for next year. Proximity to the parks is great. The house is wonderful, the kids loved the themed rooms. Clean, tons of space, great pool. Fantastic communication with owners. Highly recommend!

Spring Break 2025

The pool and hot tub were a huge hit. The rest of the property was as advertised and expected, with one exception. The upstairs queen bedroom was un-sleepable, due the the heat in the room. The AC system had to be set low to use the other upstairs bedrooms, but the queen room was out. It is obviously a known problem with all the window black-out materials, to try to minimize the heat from the sun. Perhaps the ventilation system can be rebalanced to correct? We made do with what we could use.

Gorgeous home in perfect location

Beautiful home, all the amenities and space we needed for a family of 7. Perfect location near Disney. We had 2 very minor issues (empty propane in grill and a burnt out lightbulb) - owner was very prompt with responding and maintenance came out quickly to resolve both issues. Highly recommend this home!

Fantastic stay!

We had a great short stay here. It was very clean, exactly as the pictures showed, very warm pool and HOT hot tub and SO well stocked. We had everything we could possibly need and then some. We have stayed at many vbro's and I have found that so many places don't have basic things like garbage bags, dishwasher and laundry detergent, salt and pepper, etc. This place has it ALL and then some! I gave the check in process 4 stars only because the code wouldn't work right away for the door. I called the property manager and even though I hung up on them once it worked they called back to check. Great stay, highly recommend!

Fantastic stay!

This house is close to Disney and Universal and the drive to and from the parks is pretty easy. The house is beautiful and neighborhood is quite. Our family enjoyed our time at this home and would recommend this home to anyone traveling to the area.
