We had a wonderful stay. We did have internet issues but the owners were very communicative and accommodating. I recommend this place, there is more than enough room for everyone. The club house is such a bonus. They allowed us to use the grill which made the last night so memorable.

We went to celebrate my son’s fifth birthday with the whole family. It was so spacious with everyone having their own bathrooms. Our favorite bonus was the half bathroom outside by the pool. I highly recommend if traveling outside of the summer to add heater to the pool so you can enjoy it all day. The host was incredible with amazing communication. I cannot recommend staying here enough! We will definitely be back with the whole family again!

The stay was amazing there was 7 of us so more then enough room for us all close to the Disney parks although mile wise Universal Studios wasn’t too far from the villa however with traffic it did take about in hour I ended up forgetting something on the island like an idiot I put it there so I would remember and nope but they are supposed to be shipping it so hopefully I will have it very soon we’re ready to go back as we just got home the kids ran to the pool everyday even with a long park day they didn’t care the only downside was the pictures do show a PS4 and there were some games there for it we were hoping to play a game that we have on our account but there was not a PS4 there

Family Trip

The home was lovely & clean, and the resort being a short walk away was perfect. Stepping outside the front door and hearing the music from the resort was always a good feeling! (You couldn’t hear the music from inside the home so that was not a bother.) I would recommend this home to friends!

Wonderful stay.

Wonderful for our family of 12 ranging from 1yr-50yr. Although the pool is small, the complimentary water park was more than enough! Will definitely book again!

This is not a 5 star place as advertised. The carpeting on the stairs, in the loft and bedrooms is just plain gross. So many stains and dirty traffic patterns couldn’t be ignored and we didn’t let the kids sit on the floor because of it. There were food crumbs from the previous group on the couch, floors and beds, fake eyelashes stuck to the carpet in one bedroom and dirty Kleenexes left in dresser drawers. We tried to clean ourselves but the vacuum didn’t work. One of the bedspreads had a weird stain on it and made us wonder about the cleanliness of other bedding. The grill didn’t work and the garbage disposal backed up with other people’s food on the first night. A few hours after check in a newer vacuum was left on the porch but no offer to clean and the next day the garbage disposal and grill were fixed. There were not enough towels- 9 of 15 bath towels, 2 of 15 hand towels- and no way to get more towels. We washed towels each day and found the dryer vent was not attached, it vented back into the loft area. We thought we were finally set when a piece of the bedroom ceiling fell down and water started dripping during a rain storm. We got everything out of the room quickly but couldn’t use it for the last 3 nights because it opened to the attic and we weren’t going to risk mold exposure as it was obvious this is an on going problem. In fact, we found the can of paint for the ceiling in the front closet. There were lots of apologies from mgmt but it was a chore.

Nice place to stay

We had 6 adults and 2 children in our party. The place was exactly as described. It was close to Magic Kingdom and Epcot. We came home from each park for a little down time and went back to the park to see the fireworks. The amenities at the community were nice. The house was close enough to the clubhouse/pool that we could walk to it. We were surprise to see there were 9 holes of miniature golf there as well. My family had a good time. We would stay there again.

Anniversary and Mother's Day Family Gathering

The townhome was just as advertised. We had a total of 14 family members (adults, children and toddlers). The pool at the townhome was small but perfect for the children. The water park and mini golf course, which was included, was wonderful and the children had an amazing time. My only issues were: (1) It would have been nice if we had been told there is a 5 vehicle limit per unit; and (2) there could have been better cooking pots, pans and utensils but we made due. Overall, it was perfect!!

Spring Break

The house is great, we enjoyed the water park in the evenings which is really close. If I had one suggestion, it would to be to have a larger pan to cook with, we had a group of 9 and cooking breakfast was a challenge. The house is very large, and the kids all had their own space. I would stay here again for sure.

Great spot to vacation in the Orlando area!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is equipped with everything you need for a great stay, and our kids loved their rooms! The resort amenities were great and close to the townhouse. The resort pool and area is perfect for a wide range of kids and ages - there’s a great spot near the splash pad for babies which was perfect for us! Our host was very responsive and helpful when we reached out. I will say that getting in and out of the resort in the evening is a bit of a nightmare, the security check in is unnecessarily long, and the traffic was terrible, as other reviewers have mentioned.

Great property

Our family of five stayed here for a Disney trip and the amenities and location were great. The house was clean and well-appointed. I would suggest to the host that they supply hangers in the closets. The kitchen was stocked with all the tools/utensils you’d need. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. There is plenty of parking at the property. The drive to Disney was easy each day. The resort center pool was great and my niece had a blast playing there. My only complaint was the check-in process for the community. Because you have to check in with security and tons of people are checking in at the same time, I ended up waiting an hour in my car just to get into the community and get checked in at the gate. However, they give you a pass that you keep in your windshield so you don’t have to go through that every time you come into the property. When the rest of our family arrived a while later, they said the line to get in wasn’t bad at all, so just be aware that the timing of when you arrive is important for check-in. Overall, we were very impressed with this property and would definitely stay here again.

Family friendly

We had a great time! The house was perfect for our family and a close walk to the resort pool. The only complaint was the amount of cat hair present. We would stay there again though! The little kids loved the themed rooms and the warm pool! I would recommend it!

Excellent vacation property

Stayed here in February of 2025. The house was well appointed and very comfortable for 2 families.The clubhouse area was a big hit with the kids and within a 4 or 5 minute walk of the home.Would highly recommend!

Family Disney Vaca

The house was perfect for our family of 5. We were able to be together but not right on top of each other. The property has a mix of a small private pool and community pool that is very clean and well maintained. Overall great experience for my three kids and my partner and I.
