Our pool was not heated when we got here. It was finally getting warm on Tuesday. While we were at Disney all day a pipe broke and the whole downstairs was flooded. We had ruined food all my bags that were sitting on the floor were wet. Some are no good. My suitcase is so wet. I don’t think I can even pack it before I go home. I will say that when I called they said somebody out immediately I get it. They’re concern was getting the house dried out but as a guest, I feel more focus should be on us and helping us get wrote at 10 o’clock at night to a new house that I’m glad was there.

Orlando Stay

My friends and I had a wonderful stay here. The pool and hot tub were very clean. The house itself was extremely spacious and comfortably fit all of us. A great space for big groups.

What a wonderful place to stay for an Orlando vacation

My son's Technology Student Association (TSA) systems engineering team, his coach, his coach's wife, and I stayed at this lovely home. It is in a safe, gated community. There was a bedroom for each of us, and it was conveniently located near the Disney resorts and yet not too far from Orlando where the boys had their TSA competition (and where Universal is). Check in was a breeze -- we arrived in the middle of the night. There is also a Target and plenty of places to eat within about 10 minutes from the house. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Disney.

Great home

We had a great experience at this house. It was clean upon arrival. The rooms were spacious and laid out nicely. It was close to everything. Only negative was the hangout room in the garage. It was hot. We would have hung there more but couldn't since there was no air conditioning.

Disney Getaway

Awesome place super close to all the parks, shopping, restaurants and wonderful place to come back to and relax on the rest days in between. We enjoyed the pool tons of accommodations for the baby which was so helpful we loved family time in the game room garage. Would come back again.

Multi generation trip

The location was great. We traveled as a family of 9. 6 adults 3 toddlers. The home had plenty of space for all of us. Communication was horrible. I had many voice mails and emails go unreturned. When we arrived the trash can was full of nasty trash and gathering bugs. I left a vm telling owner. Next day still full of trash. I sent an email the next day telling them again about the trash issue and complaining about communication issues and I received a response. Most of the trash was emptied. We stayed here to visit Disney and the drive to and from the park was smoother than expected.

Beautiful home

The home itself was beautiful. The location was perfect. The only thing I would have changed was the fact that you have to pay to warm the pool. With the amount we paid for the house it should have been included. The communication with them prior to arrival wasn’t great either. Overall it is a great space to rent for a large group. We had enough room for all 9 of us.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay. Our ages ranged from 9-70. It was very close to Disney which we loved and Alonzo had a Walmart close. We enjoyed the pool and were very thankful for the heater as it was a little chilly for the pool to warm up and not then cool down at night. We would have liked to have known about the resort fee of $20. Not a lot of money but would have been good to know prior. We would stay again.

Very well appoited home. Had all the items to cook. Great floorplan & beautiful pool. Easy access to all the Disney Parks. We would go back to this lovely home. Like the gated community & ease of trash pick up. Owner was so easy to work with.

Great vacation home

We had a great stay here while our family visited Disney. Pool was cold… but didn’t realize the weather was going to be cooler at the time. Also beds are super hard. Couches were more comfortable.

Nice villa, perfect location

We enjoyed our stay. Villa was really nice, so much room and plenty of bathrooms so we could all get ready and out quickly every morning. We have stayed in Emerald Island before and highly recommend it as its a lovely area and so close to Disney as well as easy access to the I4 to Seaworld and Orlando. We had a few dead bugs falling into the main bathroom from the ceiling vent but it wasnt a problem to get rid of them ourselves. Communication was good with property manager from the moment we made the booking.

Great house in a nice resort

This house was great for our family. It was nice to have a private pool to come home to after a long hot day at the parks. The drives to the parks are pretty short, about 10-20 min depending on traffic. There's plenty of room inside the house as well for larger families too. Some of the pictures are a little off with where the furniture is, but we actually liked the new setup better with the extra couch in the family room. The house is very clean so we were a bit surprised by having some small uninvited guests in the game room and the master bathroom. It's Florida in the late spring, and it looks like there is pest management in place, so it wasn't a big deal but we did have to take care of it ourselves. A big plus is that the cleaning service does a nice job. It also helped us that they leave you with small supplies that you may not have on the first day like paper products and travel soaps. We were very impressed when we first walked in to the house because of how clean it was. Overall we were very happy with the place and would love to stay there again on our next visit to Disney. Check in and out was extremely easy and there were no issues getting in or out at all. Thanks for an awesome couple of weeks!
