Couldn't have asked for a worse experience with this property (Hogwarts Hall). Check in was fine. When we arrived to the house, it was not clean. My wife was furious about the cleanliness. The pool was also not very clean. We tried to move past it. Then we found ants all over the kitchen counter. Tried to move past that as well, because we know everyone gets ants in their home from time to time. What put us over the edge is when my son came out of the room he picked and said there were bed bugs. Sure enough, THERE WERE BED BUGS. That was the last straw. My wife scrambled to find us another place to stay while I worked on getting my money back. The host offered 120 credit and that the cleaning company would be out the next morning. I had to call VRBO to get my money back, which I did. We found another place *resort" to stay at 10pm that night. I would not recommend this property to anyone. After driving for 2 days to get to Orlando, it was such a let down to walk into a place that was such a mess. Stay Away!

If you’re coming to Orlando to experience the Harry Potter theme park attractions, you might want to check this place out very well appointed and decorated Harry Potter themed home. Property was very clean and well organized.

Fun little place

We rented Hogwarts Hall to stay at while we visited Universal Studios Orlando. It’s super close to Disney not Universal, but I wanted a special themed room for my girls who love Harry Potter, needless to say they loved it! It was a 30-45 minute drive to Universal with traffic. So if you stay here with the intention of going to Universal, plan accordingly for drive times. Other than that it was perfect for our family of 6. My elderly father has a hard time with stairs so the downstairs bedroom was perfect for him. We didn’t get a chance to use the resort pool but the private one was perfect for us. Everything was clean and we are perfectly happy with our stay.

Wonderful Stay!

Check in process was longer then expected which was fine, but caused traffic issues as everyone was trying to get access cards at same time. Hogwarts theme did not disappoint the kids or adults. Only recommendation to those that are thinking of staying here, bring an air purifier for bedrooms during allergy season!

Senior softball trip

Myself my husband and our mothers with our two Boston terriers stayed comfortably for our daughter’s college senior year of softball. We all had plenty of room and enjoyed floating in the pool at the condo as well as going to the clubhouse pool as well. There were things there to make dinners or lunches as we needed. I would recommend this rental to friends and family!

Great house and great location

House was great. We had 3 kids and our mother in law. The downstairs suite was great for her. Kids rooms were fun. Primary bed was comfortable. Highly recommend this house for a home base during a Disney trip. We did every other day at the pool and Disney. Community amenities were close by and great!

Wonderful Home

If I could give 10 stars for communication with property manager, I would! There was an issue with check-in on the resort side and the owners took care of it immediately - which was a HUGE relief after 12 hours of travel. The home itself is cozy. The kids absolutely adored the themed rooms and the upstairs hall. The adults adored the super comfortable king size beds. The community pool was very nice and the short commute to Disney was awesome! We very much enjoyed our stay!

Awesome House!

Our hosting family was great. Communication was on point. We were a party of 10 people and we enjoyed very much the house and the club house amenities. With a family of different group ages, everyone had a space comfortable for they needs. The property was exactly as describe and the kids rooms are like the photos. The location was perfect near a lot of restaurants and groceries stores. All the staff at the resort were super nice too. We recommend this property!

Birthday Weekend

We enjoyed the property - it had great amenities. Be aware that the check-in/check out times are firm (which is addressed when booking) but it the locks are timed to allow access right @ 4:00pm and they lock you out on check-out day promptly @ 10:00am. It wasnt an issue, just something to be aware of. The space is close to several Orlando attractions, and the private pool was a bonus after a long hot day. Overall we had a wonderful time

Beautiful place

Very nice place, exactly like photos- we just wish we had more time to enjoy but spent most our times at the parks. Only cons (which are no fault to the owner) are the front gate gave us a difficult time (twice) coming in and we had to wait about 20 mins to get through the gate. Again, no fault to the owner of the home. Also, we are spoiled with on site Disney hotels that have some wiggle room with early check in, there is no wiggle room with 4 pm, so plan accordingly. My daughter absolutely loved the Harry Potter theme.

Perfect for Harry Potter Fans

The pictures don’t do the themes justice, they’re even better in person. Walking up the stairs is really cool and my 13 year old loved it. The bunk beds can fit adults on the bottom, as well. The place is within walking distance to the community center and park. Honestly, only thing negative for me was the two bunk bed rooms do not have dressers, but the bigger rooms have a lot of space.

Convenient & Cute

We loved this location for a family get together at Disney World. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to eat at home and there was plenty of room for the kids to run around the living area. The pool made for a fun evening after the kids went down - especially loved that it was heated! Each of the bedrooms was beautifully decorated. The themed rooms were a huge hit! The hosts were very communicative and welcoming. We will definitely come back!

Christmas Vacation

This place was beautiful, tastefully decorated, very clean, and super functional. We had an amazing time here and the kids absolutely loved it! The owners were super easy to communicate with & even had a pretty Christmas tree decorated in the home for us to enjoy. I would highly recommend this place. It has everything you need, very close to a lot of family activities, & near some great food places. The gated community & security kept us feeling safe the entire time. Thank you for a wonderful experience, we can’t wait to visit again.
