We had a really nice stay at this home in Kissimmee. The property was just as described on VRBO—clean, comfortable, and a great space for relaxing. The location was convenient, and overall it worked well for our trip.The only issue we ran into was with the hot tub. We were able to enjoy it the first couple of nights, but after that we couldn’t get the temperature warm enough to comfortably use it. We may have just been missing something, but we did want to mention it for future guests and the host.Aside from that, everything else met our expectations, and we appreciated the opportunity to stay here.—If you want, I can make it a little warmer/more enthusiastic or a little more direct depending on the tone you’re going for

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The host responded to our questions in a timely manner. The kitchen was fully stocked and had new stainless steel appliances. The pool and hot tub were heated and felt great after a long day at the parks. We would definitely rent this home again.

We had a wonderful time on our vacation to Florida! The house was just perfect for our group of 6 and was exactly as described. The neighborhood was quiet and the location was perfect for shopping and going to all the Disney parks. The host was very prompt in answering our questions when we got there as well. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay! We loved the layout of the house and the fact that all the beds were made for adults. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub most nights. The hosts were amazing - anything we needed, they answered and got us what we needed. I would recommend this property! It's very convenient to all the parks.

Wonderful Stay Near Disney!This home was extremely clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. Full-size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were provided, along with hand soap in every bathroom and the kitchen. There were plenty of towels, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags, with extra linens and supplies neatly organized in the back pantry.The front door lock was very easy to use, and the pool area felt safe with door alarms and a secure pool gate. Both the pool and hot tub were heated perfectly, and the timer for the lights and jets was simple to operate.The only small suggestion would be to add a bit more lighting in the living room, but overall, this property was fantastic, comfortable, clean, and ideally located close to all things Disney. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again!

We had a good stay. The house was much like described. We liked the large number of bedrooms and baths as our family got ready for a wedding. The pool was nice but it did have some gnats in it. Although screened-in there was a hole in the screen. The smaller pool didn’t look operational, but we didn’t use it. Check-in was easy and communication with owner was very good. House had smart thermostat but once we learned how to operate it, it was fine. It was convenient to a Walmart for supplies which was great. The only issues we noted were the toilets were antiquated but functioned appropriately. The biggest surprise or disappointment was a glass in the cupboard had lip marks on it. It was definitely dirty. So we opted to use paper products and plastic ware from Walmart.

Birthday get away

The house was amazing, the pool and hot tub was the cherry on top. Excellent customer service from the host as well and all my questions and needs were taken care of in a timely and fast manner. Definitely will be booking again.

Great Vacation House

Our party consisted of 2 couples and 3 teenagers. The space was perfect and having multiple bathrooms was a huge asset when it was time to get ready to go places. We enjoy spending time grilling out and using the pool and hot tub as well.

Very nice property - clean and spacious. With only six (6) adults in our party, each couple had their own king bed suite with attached bath. There were two bedrooms to spare! (in case you need more for your group)The inclusion of the pool & hot tub heat with the price is a SUPER incentive and was very much appreciated, as we used each of them every day. Plan on visiting the local Wal-Mart for some essential household supplies if you have an extended stay.Communications were very good for the most part. Our thanks to the host for a pleasant week. Would definitely say here again the next time we're vacationing in the area.

Relaxing home base close to Disney

We brought the family- 6 adults & 2 kids, ages 6 & 9. The house had plenty of room for everyone and each couple had their own space. The kids had a blast in the pool. This time of year it was great that the pool was heated! The neighborhood was quiet and we were able to walk to a small playground and basketball court. Chai was very responsive when we pointed out there was a problem with the oven controls. The only disappointment was there was only 1 garbage bag and no kitchen towel, limited essentials for dishes and bathrooms. Also no instructions for the door alarm for pool area.

Orlando home close to Disney

We were there for a cheerleading competition so we needed to be close to Disney where our kids were. 15 min drive there so very convenient. Home was very spacious for us all and the hot tub and pool were great. Chai was a great communicator as well.

Week long stay

The house was very roomy & the bedrooms were spaced out from each other. We had to contact the owner after the first night because he had forgotten to turn the gas on for us to use the heater. The temperature in the house was 67 degrees when we woke up that morning. The owner came about 90 minutes later to turn on the heat. I also had to ask the owner for additional blankets as there were no extra blankets provided in the house. We had another problem with the pool not being heated on the Wednesday. I messaged the owner but by the time we left the Saturday he still had not responded to us. I was disappointed in that communication. The beds were comfortable but the fixtures in the bathrooms could use some updating as they were very old. The thermostat was preset to certain temperatures so we had to adjust it to the roller coaster weather Florida was having that week. The kitchen was fairly well stocked but some of the nonstick pots & pans definitely needed to be replaced. The driveway was only able to fit 2 cars so our 3rd car had to park in the street. The house had no lights in the living room so we had to move lamps from the other rooms in order to be able to see at night. The listing said beginning supplies would be provided but there was only one garbage bag and one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. There was no pods to wash the dishes in the dishwasher nor was their any starting laundry detergent. The kitchen also did not have any dishtowels/pot holders

Perfect vacation Home for us

This property was perfect for all our needs. The home was very clean and had everything that we needed. The beds were very comfortable and we really enjoyed the heated pool and spa at the end of our very long Disney days. The distance to Disney was within 12-15 minutes everyday. The neighborhood is very nice too. Walmart is 5 mins away which was so convenient. The owner was so responsive and quickly resolved the timer issue on the Spa due to the time change while we were there. All three families had a wonderful stay, it was so nice to come back to a house that was so comfortable at the end of very long days. It was perfect for our needs. I will 100% book this property in the future.

Location is strategic given proximity to Disneyworld although traffic to that neighborhood is heavy (45 min from park to the house). We needed to buy some body soaps and other materials that one would expect during the stay. Overall, the stay was average.
