Excelente propiedad y atención

Toda mi familia estuvo feliz y comoda. To muy limpio buena señal Wifi. El único inconveniente fue que una de las cosas que me decidí por esta y no por otras fue por los juegos de mesa y no pudimos utilizarlos el pamo de billar único que había estaba roto y la Diana también. Fue el único inconveniente por lo demás todo muy bien y limpio. Gracias esperamos regresar

Family Healing Vacation

Severely aged and needs remodeling. The grout tile in the bathroom needs deep cleaning. Furniture needs cleaning. Lots of spots on furniture and comforters. We had to Lysol everything down. The bunk bed is old and didn’t appear safe to allow a child to sleep in it. The Master bedroom bed is breaking apart. The pull out sofa needs to go to the trash. The mattresses on the bed are horrible. My car is more comfortable than that. It was unfit to pull out and sleep. Thank goodness we had blow up mattress. The pool should’ve been cleaned before our check in not the next day. The toilet seats needs replacing. Personally, I was disgusted but didn’t want my family to know. I definitely wouldn’t rent this house again.

Things to know

As a potential renter, you should know that one week prior to check-in, the rental management company will require that you provide a photo of your credit card front and back, a photo of your ID, and a selfie emailed to them in order to get the access code for the property. They do not offer a secure method to transfer this information, only via email. If this makes you uncomfortable, don’t rent this property. No refund is offered. The house was okay, would benefit from a deep clean. Furniture is clean. Good location.

Enjoyed our stay

Family vacation, 1st time using VRBO. Place could have used a good cleaning. Hair on the wall in the master bath. Stains on the carpet in the tv room. We had an ant problem, which was handled quickly. Screened in pool area was wonderful. However screen had a tear and ine was completely loose- had to deal with the flies and mosquitoes. Still we totally enjoyed ourselves

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The size was perfect for our group! The master bedroom bed frame seems like it could break soon and there was a slight bug issue in the master bathroom and kitchen. Aside from that it was perfect!

Great Home

I loved the home! Enough space, well equipped with all appliances and clean neighborhood! Although I loved the home as soon as I opened the door I had to run around to find the alarm and shut it off there was no directions on where it was located. I also had to clean the showers and toilet before 1st use! At 3 in the morning the police knocked on door because of 9 burglaries and 1 stolen truck but we were safe! Overall the house is Beautiful, Affordable, Comfortable and nicely decorated!!

What a Great Week we had

First of all, the house was wonderful. Plenty of room for all 10 of us. The pool / hot tub was just what we needed. The property manager stopped by to check and see if we were doing good or had any questions. He was very friendly as well. We will be staying here again next year as we already miss it.

Great location lots of room minor problems

The beds were uncomfortable and one of the upstairs bathrooms seem to be very slow to flush and obviously there must have been some problems as they left a plunger nearby. Smoke detector was beeping because of low battery. The rules on the trash seems a little petty.. They charged you if you had over three bags at least that's what we understood in the rules. Overall the place was very clean easy access to Disney none of the negatives would preclude us from staying there again.

My family stayed at this property for Thanksgiving 11/21-11/25/18. On our first night there were issues with 2 of the bathrooms. I called and emailed the company 11/21 which I received an email on 11/22 stating that they were closed (which I understood it was Thanksgiving) but they will send the "Handy Man" to take care of the issue the following day or day after. The email stated that they will contact me. No one ever contacted me or showed up to the property to fix the issue. Therefore we only have 2 functional restrooms with 10 people. The property is a little dated no TV's were in all rooms, The beds are horrible and the comforters were stained with a white residue looking like they were never washed thankfully we traveled with our own blankets. The home was HOT the are was set on 74 and could not be lowered!! The Refrigerator was not cold and some of the cooking utensils, pots & pans need to be thrown away, they are old. Why charge a large cleaning fee and upon arrival its not clean? That's VERY unsanitary millions of people travel and the least you want to have to worry about is uncleanliness especially traveling with children. The only thing I appreciated was the space of the home, it was very spacious. The owner need to have the management company to provide better customer service with issues, paint, renovate and deep clean the property it has the potential of 5 Stars. I'm very upset that no one bothered to follow-up with me as if have working restrooms were not important or an emergency!!!!

Beautiful large comfortable home away from home.

Beautiful home. Very large and functional for our family. Pool and hot tub were fabulous! Clean and well stock with pots, pans, plates etc. Will definitely be at top of my list for when we return to the area.

I wasn’t sure what to exspect but it didn’t disappoint. The house has dishes, pots&pans, bedding and other things to entertain. You will need to bring your own dvd/vcr if you have recorded shows but everything else is there for you. We were gone most of the time to volleyball tournaments and came back to really just to sleep then travel for the next games. The house was in a good neighborhood and when I had a question the manager responded to the question I had very quickly. We will get another property again sometime. Hope this review helps you

We liked it overall.

The house was a very comfortable size for us and we’ll equipped. We really enjoyed the outside area. On the downside the first floor has a very strong mold/mildew smell coming from the dining room carpet. The small bath upstairs has mold on the shower curtain liner. I followed the trash instructions putting the trash bins on the curb Thursday night & it did not get picked up on Friday morning.

I like a house with a little moore yard. I am a outdoor person,so the moore space I have the moore I enjoy the house. Wish I would had gotten pool heated,but steal had a good time.PS need some new pool table sticks.

Great location, would recommend

This house is located in a quite, nice neighborhood. Great access to many amenities. Yann responds in a timely manner. We would have preferred to know about the pool heating charges and refundable deposit during booking and not afterwards but not a big deal. Overall, a good experience - house is clean and well maintained. My only recommendations would be new towels and a new or better quality mattress in the master bedroom. Thanks for everything Yann!

Enjoyed our time in Florida

This home fit our every need for size and comfort. We had the whole family together for a week to celebrate a High School graduation, a 30th Birthday and our 34th wedding Anniversary. It was a great home with plenty of room. The only drawback is bring your own toilet paper (only 1 roll per bathroom and extremely cheap), dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags (1 extra) and paper towels. However there were plenty of dishes and utensils which was nice considering some homes we have stayed in. Overall it was a pleasure to stay here for a week. PS...it was worth paying the extra for the heated pool. Everyone enjoyed relaxing in the pool in the evening.
