The shower was hot but by the end of my first shower my feet were standing in water and who knows what was floating in the water my feet were in. Gross, nasty! The host sent a handyman by 2 pm the 2nd day and plunged it. We sanitized afterwards. It backed up again our last day. The host patches problems instead of fixing them. We did not have enough towels, dishes, silverware for the capacity of the unit. Again by 2pm of our first day they supplied them all. The kitchen faucet came off in my hands. He rigged it by 2pm the next day, it broke a few days later. The electrical outlets in the kitchen did not work. They flipped the breaker and It tripped again by the next morning. There was a fault light that the handyman ignored when he flipped the breaker and so we left it off. The host offed to send someone however we did not want to waste a day waiting for them to come and try to rig it. We would have wasted another day of a six day vacation waiting for them to fix it. Host refused to move us or refund 1 day We did not want to waste another da waiting on his team to rig the problems. The faucet needs replaced and issues fixed. Host believes that since he addresses an issue in less than 24 hours that should be OK and he should get kudos for that. I content I did/ not get what I paid for and should get a refund. If those issues were fixed correctly to start they wouldn’t have happened and I would not have wasted a day of vacation waiting on them to rig it. Buyer beware!
