Unexpected Concerns for Basic Necessities
Hello,
I want to first state that even though the time spent at your residency with my family was most memorable and I do appreciate how the time needed for my family and I was available, but beyond those circumstances my family and I were not pleased nor impressed by the state of the residency. I'm sure me stating these issues may or may not go anywhere but someone should be aware or at the least simply do better in your basic business practices and operations. Initially just pulling in the driveway and stepping out of our car, we were attack by swarms of flies from previous leftover garbage that was overflowing on the side of the house by the garage. Once entering the home the front door inside and out was not only tethered and worn but it was dirty with clear and visible stains which I have pictures of as well. The pool area initially looked dirty due to the tile on the pool that was placed which typically when a patron thinks of a pool the thought of seeing clear water is what is expected. The tile placed in the pool not only makes the water look dirty as if it was the same water from the pond outside the home but the lights that were placed did not even work. There were no identifying marker to show the depth of the pool, which is EXTREMELY dangerous. The pool area itself looked unkept with dirt and grime on the outside windows and also additional stains on the walls.The pool area also had webbing, leaves, and dirt around the pool sitting area with the poolside furniture being broken and the table was not clean. We couldn't sit outside as a family because the furniture was not suitable especially for our children. The kitchen not only had broken dishes which was the least of the concerns. The dishwasher rack to place dishes on was off the track and broken. The shelves on the refrigerator were also broken and kept fallen off everytime anything was place on them. The worst of all the decor was the chairs presented in the kitchen. The chairs were peeling and the laminent was completely gone. The chairs were old and uncomfortable and each time one of my children sat in the chair my wife and I had to sweep the floor because of the worn pieces that continued to fall. In the family room and dining room the furniture simply put was also outdated and worn. My toddler kept tripping over the tethered and worn area rug. The table in the family room was scratched up and the rug was dirty. The family room has a ledge above the couch which clearly hasn't
