The location and community pool was excellent. We enjoyed our stay. It was spacious for everyone to have their own space. We did enjoy the little plunge pool too. The place was worn and could tell well loved by many guests which was ok for the price. The only problem was the townhouse was very dirty when we arrived and was unacceptable. It appeared that the bathrooms were not cleaned as well as floors and some bedding. After reaching out and sending photos they were able to send a cleaning crew the next day to clean some of the areas. We were there to relax and have fun, we didn't want our trip ruined so we just went with it. I am a little disappointed that no one reached out for an explanation or apology or even a refund of cleaning fee since our trip. I feel as guests we handled the situation well and were laid back about it. Service recovery could have been better. Thank you for the stay.
