We all loved the house a lot! Our host Samantha was really kind, reliable and super fast in responding to everything we texted her! The Villa itself is gorgeous - much sunlight, lots of space, AC was working fine and the pool was big and clean too! The noise coming from the street is absolutely bearable and didn't bother us at all while sleeping. In the end I can absolutely recommend the house to everyone and I would absolutely rent it again! Thanks again for having us! :)

Very nice proerty

The house was very nice, and the neighborhood was great! 2 notes: 1-The house backs up to a pretty busy road (intersection of Funnie Steed Road and West Side Blvd), so some nights (especially weekend) was a bit noisy for the back bedrooms. 2-Carpet needs a deep cleaning. All that being said, I would recommend this property!

Great location

Very nice home. Great location near Disney, golf, many restaurants, and grocery store. Nice pool but had issue with heater but we were credited for the time it was not working. Close to a 5 star rating if not for description of the property. "Conservation area" behind house was 20 to 30 yards of woods before you get to the road which has a 4-way stop making it somewhat noisy. Not a problem during the day, but cars racing through the intersection late at night was annoying to say the least

Convenient and plenty of room

My family and I decided on a house this trip instead of a condo. This house gave us plenty of room to have our own space. The kitchen was well stocked too. There was even beach chairs and such for when we went to the beach one day. The neighborhood was nice for my daily walks. Sam answered my questions quickly before and during the trip. The good, the bad, and the ugly

The good: The property is in a wonderful location for visiting the parks. There was plenty of room and accomodations were comfortable. The property owner, who lives in England, made efforts to be a good communicator and help with any concerns. The bad and the ugly: When we arrived for our 4pm check in, the house hay not yet been cleaned from the previous guest. We called the phone numbers of the property management company, to try to find out what way going on and how to fix it. When nobody answered the phones tried calling the owner, unsuccessfully. I then emailed the owner. She did respond to my email within a few minutes. About 20 minutes after arriving the property manager called me and apologized for the house being dirty and said that she would send a team over immediately. During the 3 HOURS it took to get a cleaning team there, the property manager never answered my phone calls. She did send return texts, but generally took around 45 minutes to do so. The cleaning team did a good job but took around 3 hours. We couldn't check in until around 10pm, 6 hours after normal check in. So, we wondered around town for 6 hours waiting to put kids in bed. We had been up since midnight, Orlando time, to travel from a small town in AZ to get there. As i complained to the property manager, she asked what she could do to compensate for the problems. I told her that my friends, who own vacation rentals comp or seriously discount stays for guests with bad experiences. She told me that she could waive the cleaning fee and let us do a late check-out. When i informed her that i paid for an extra day, so that we could do late check-out and get the cleaning fee waived, she just said sorry. The property owner did end up refunding 1 day, which covered the extra day i paid for to waive cleaning and to allow late check-out. I think there should have been greater compensation for the inconvenience. I had paid for the insurance and asked how to use it and cancel my visit. Nobody even addressed that question. Our first evening back to the house, after spending the day at Disney, my son tried to warm something up in the microwave. It was broken and wouldn't work. I texted the property manager and she said she would send somebody to fix it the next day. The next day i wasn't fixed She again apologized and said the maintenance man was too busy but would come tomorrow. It was never fixed during our street

Great place to stay

We stayed Sunday to Sunday. Easy check in, we had an issue with draining tubs but the management company was responsive and resolved the issue asap. We heated the pool because of the weather we were only able to use it for 2 days of our stay but it was awesome! The home can use some new furniture, and carpet also the ping pong table was broke but we made it work. Also there was only 1 usable pool stick for the pool table. I will say make sure to bring towels for bathing, however there were ample for the pool. I still give a 5 star because we were comfortable, it was about 15 mins from Disney and 5-6 mins from restaurants and grocery stores. We will stay again.

Overall the house was huge and inviting. We got a change to utilize the game room. Ping pong table needed fixing though. Cleanliness was in the middle. Had a couple of cockroaches even though we followed instructions to not leave food out. Pool was perfect size for a family of 4. Front door needs new lock, hard to lock when heading out for the day. There was an xbox but no controller. Would definitely stay again if the cockroach issue gets addressed as well as these minor problems.

Great stay at a very nice location

The property could use a bit of updating but very clean and comfortable, a great location and priced very fairly. We will book it again and enjoyed our stay very much. The owner was very accommodating and booked an extra night for us on very short notice. Very pleased with our experience.

Wonderful house!!!

My family and I just got back from a family vacation and it was great. We loved the house. Very roomy and clean. It had everything we needed. Everyone loved the pool, we spent alot of time in it. The neighorhood is excellent. Samatha, the host was nice and reached out to check on us which we really appreciated. We would definitely stay there again :)

Needs some TLC

Needs some updates. Poor has chip in shallow end. Patio furniture was falling apart. The screen around the pool area needs to be repaired. The shower heads and kitchen faucet needs to be replaced. The pictures are a little deceiving. Luckily for us we had family in the area so we spent most of our time at their house and just used this one to sleep and get ready in.

My family stayed here for one week. The house is ok. There are some tiles missing in the bottom of the pool, my son and I both cut our foot. Also some of the screens in the pool area are broken so bugs do get in. The property just needs some tlc and it would be better. The kitchen sink sprays every where. For the price compared to others in the area I don’t believe I will be back
