Let me just start by saying the communication was absolutely top-notch! From booking to departure, there was definitely no shortage of communication with the hosts. They are polite, helpful, and quick to respond. We had no issues at all with our stay, but I am confident the owners would have handled it wonderfully had there been. The home is beautiful! Extremely clean, decorated, comfortable, roomy, safe.. I have no complaints. The kids - ages 8 and 9 - loved the heated pool and spa and we enjoyed the game room each night as a way to wind down from the long park days at Disney. The adorable themed rooms were an added perk, and honestly one of the main reasons I booked it! We all enjoyed and appreciated our own space within the house. My top 5 criteria for booking based on the listings I found were location, game room, pool, themed rooms, and pleasant hosts. This place had them all and I was not disappointed by any of them. Location is great for those who want to stay near the parks but not too close. It was an easy drive in each day and there are plenty of stores and restaurants near the house to enjoy without having to go too far. I will say traffic going into the parks is pretty busy regardless of location so allow yourself about 30 minutes to drive in. The neighborhood is gated, adding to the safety factor, which gives great peace of mind. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone and would love to stay there again next time we go to Disney!
