Hello Dulce, hope all is well today. I would like to thank U for an amazing stay at your home. We truly enjoyed being in such a beautiful & relaxing space. I love that everything was clean & stocked to accommodate ur guests needs. I especially like to thank U for ur quick & efficient communication throughout our stay. Another thank u for allowing our local family members to visit as well. Unfortunately because of the cold weather we didn’t get a chance to utilize the pool or the lazy river at the resort, but my husband & I look forward to booking another stay at your home when it’s a lot warmer. However, going forward I would like to suggest adjusting the showers to get a little warmer, & to ensure that all electrical outlets are tightly & securely screwed in so when your guess plug something in the outlet cover doesn’t pull away from the wall when trying to unplug it (referring to the Master Bathroom of the Master Bedroom upstairs that my husband & I stayed in). Other than these few suggestions, Dulce U are an amazing host and my family & I thank U so much for an overall 5 star stay. I have recommended your home to several coworkers today & they have already asked me to forward your home’s information to them for future bookings.
