Enjoyed our stay, very good location and nice house. However, there were a few issues that need mentioning. The property was not cleaned well. Clean sheets in the bedrooms and bathrooms were also clean, but the front of the home had trash in the driveway (not the best first impression). Also, some common areas were not well maintained. In the living room the area rug was extremely dirty, the kitchen rug was also very dirty, and the upstair carpets require more vacuuming and spot cleaning, especially when there is a no shoe policy for the upstairs. Dust on the table in the corridor and the pool required cleaning, lost a whole day waiting to get the pool cleaned. We used a skimmer but required additional cleaning. Since the maintenance people showed up without the equipment they left but never returned. They did show up early the next morning after communicating with the management office. I will say the management company responded as quickly as possible. Another thing to note, verify the gate code is correct, once the security guard leaves you are at the mercy of waiting around to be let in since the gate may not respond when entering the code (super inconvenient). Please note we are not above cleaning ourselves, but hard to do when there is a broom but no dust pan, a water bucket but no mop and a vacuum that had suction but was not functioning. If you are charging a cleaning fee, one would expect the home to be cleaned and all areas ready for use upon arrival. Thank you!
