Great vacation. House was very clean and nice. Hosts we're easy to communicate with with any needs that we had. Couple things i would do if it was my property would update living room furniture and include a outdoor grill.

Home was in the perfect location both within the resort and within close proximity to Orlando attractions. Home was clean and well equipped for our family of 6. Our communication was with the owner, Scot, who always responded kindly and in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend.

The house was exactly as the pictures but it is a bit more rundown than the pictures show from wear & tear. Overall it was a great house, super convenient to Disney, grocery stores & restaurants and we were comfortable and had plenty of room for our family. The kids loved the pool after a long hot day at Disney and even though the garage was hot the kids enjoyed the game room.The reasons for the 4 star is for a few things that could use improvement:1. Door Code didn’t work when we arrived, it was quickly resolved once the management company called us back.2. The Check out instructions require you to do a few loads of laundry but no detergent was provided, thankfully we had some because we planned to wash our clothes before we checked out. Seems odd to require it at check out if supplies are not provided for even a few loads. 3. There were ants everywhere through the house. We could tell it’s being sprayed due to the dead ants around the house but some additional service would be good to get it under control.4. Many of the mattress covers had noticeable stains on them when we pulled off the sheets at checkout. That grossed us out and they should be cleaned more often.5. The bottom bunk mattress is VERY uncomfortable and hard, it feels like a box spring.6. None of the portable fans work and should be replaced.Again, overall it was a great stay and we had a great time at the house.

Family visit

This rental nicely accommodated a mini family gathering with ages, infant to 75. It provided for all-- crib, pool, recliner.... Property manager was very attentive. If in this area again, would rent again! *Don't forget extra paper products, toiletries, liquid hand soap (if that's your preference), extra kitchen trash bags, (we used 4 bags)and small laundry soap--Believe all else was covered! Thank you

Perfect for our family

We loved the neighborhood and the gated security. The surrounding area had a lot of restaurants and fun things to do. The community pool area was a nice addition with a game room, restaurant, store, etc. Most importantly, I thought the furniture and beds were so comfortable. Much appreciated for good rest when traveling.

Great location

Property is close to Disney and Universal, as well as restaurants and shops. The home was clean and comfortable for our family. The pool did have a layer of algae and debris so it could use a good shock treatment and deep clean.

Great location and very nice house

The house was very nice and we especially liked the south facing pool and hot tub. We were close to the clubhouse and tennis courts and not too far from Walmart (for groceries) and Disney. There were a few minor issues (like missing panel from screen enclosure, broken garburator and lamp, loss of pool heat for 3 days), but they did not affect us too much. The owner was very quick to respond to any inquiries. The property manager was a little slower. The owner immediately refunded us the pool heating fee for the 3 days lost, and returned the damage deposit on time. We would definitely rent the house again.

Great distance to Disney

My family and I have stayed at this property a couple other times, and we do love its location and the area. The pool and spa area are great, but they are beginning to show some wear. The property owner is great to deal with and is always quick to respond to any emails. The property management person was good to deal with as we did have some issues that needed fixing. Any issues we had were resolved in a timely manner. The property is great for families and is a spacious well-equipped home.

2nd time staying here and still love it!

We absolutely love this house!!!! Amazing location with every restaurant chain in existence within 2 miles and within 20 minutes of all Orlando theme parks. Layout of home is amazing with 2 bedrooms close to each other and other 2 bedrooms spaced out for privacy. Had problem with shower on our 1st day and reported it. Within and hour someone came by and fixed it. Can’t imagine staying anywhere else!!!

Excellent Rental/Excellent Owner

Scot, the owner of the rental is superb in answering questions. He responds immediately. It’s the second year we stayed for 2 months and we love the house and the pool and spa. It’s in a wonderful gated community close to stores, restaurants and parks. The management company is also friendly and efficient. I would recommend this rental to anyone!

Great house and pool

Perfect for our holiday stay. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The house could use a few minor updates (maybe new shower heads in the bathroom) but was comfortable and had everything we needed. The proximity to the community basketball court was appreciated by the kids as well.

Ideally located for parks

We are a family of 6. We’ve stayed in Windsor Palms before and find it ideally located for the Disney parks especially and the amenities on the nearby 192. The Villa was ideally sized and the pool area was great. The house is decorated in a somewhat dated fashion with mainly dark colours which is not to my taste, but in itself itself was clean in the main. One of the dining room chairs was a little broken and had to be handled with care. Unfortunately there were a lot of ants in the kitchen and some items of open foodstuffs in the pantry. The pool furniture could do with upgrading as one of the chairs was broken and I nearly fell through it. Someone going through the various pool toys and discarding those which are clearly broken/mouldy also wouldn’t go amiss. We were also disappointed to find a single wine glass (other than 2 plastic ones) on arrival. We contacted the owner who was apologetic and sorted some for us. Worth flagging up that for overseas visitors who perhaps don’t have a roaming data plan providing a phone number for the management company which has to be called or texted is prohibitive. An email address or some other way of contacting them using the house or outside Wi-Fi would be ideal. The lack of this meant I contacted the owner directly and I’m sure that’s what he pays the management company for. Despite there being a few issues we would happily return. It wasn’t the most expensive villa and I would say it was priced appropriately.

Great house

This was a perfect location for everything. Property was nice and management and owner were very easy to get ahold of. We had an issue with the pool and she came right over and instructed us on what to do and we had another thing and a very quick response also. Would stay here again for sure.

Great Family Vacation!

Very nice home and near to theme parks we visited. It was well furnished and supplied. The kids loved the pool and games. Clubhouse staff and other amenities on the property were also great and a good way to spend our last afternoon here. It was typical weather for June in Orlando, but the house stayed nice and cool - no complaints. We couldn't get the fans to work in the garage so weren't able to enjoy the pool table or tennis table much. We did not need to contact anyone during our stay, but prior to arrival, the owners were very responsive, and we had no trouble getting in when we arrived. Overall, great stay and we would definitely recommend this home to others.

Home away from Home

My family stayed at this property in May 2023. We felt very welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. We were appreciative that this house was stocked so well - we were not in need of anything. The pics online are accurate and a good representation of what you get. We paid the extra cost to heat the spa and it was well worth it! I think we used it every night! We ran into one little snag with the pool following a thunder/lightening storm but the management company was easy to contact and they responded very quickly. I would recommend this place for families who want a safe place to stay during an Orlando visit.

Superbe villa avec tout le confort et exactement identique à la présentation, des petites contraintes pour les alarmes des fenétres mais rien de bien génant ,toutefois quelques détails sont à moderniser ou reparer, interupteur de lumiére ou il manque des boutons, lampe de chevet pas eteignable autrement qu'en otant la prise, pommeau de douche bouché par le calcaire ...... mais la encore ce ne sont que de petits détails qui ne gachent pas le séjour mais qui l'embellirais si tout était parfait

Wedding/Disney/Universal vacation

Absolutely fantastic place to stay!!! Near every restaurant known to existence and all the major theme parks andLake Buena Vista for wedding and family reunion. House was perfect. All 1 level with no stairs. Bedrooms were big with plenty of storage to unpack and settle in and feel like home. Pool was amazing to cool off after running around in 80 degree weather. Sure makes my place at home look mediocre 😁. We were all in agreement that we will stay there again for next Florida vacation!!!!

Just awesome

Loved our stay. Spacious and clean. The pool and hot tub were so nice after a day at the parks. I got to school my teenage son on the ping pong table which was an unexpected bonus! Beach chairs and umbrella were another bonus for our day trip to Cocoa! Scot was great to deal with, answered all my questions quickly. Top notch accommodations, we definitely will keep this place in mind for our next Orlando trip!
