Wonderful host and house to stay in

The gated property and security guard made you feel very secure. The pool area was very well maintained and clean. The pool floats provided by the host were a plus and made relaxing a breeze. The house was very clean and comfortable, and the downstairs shower was wonderful! I definitely recommend this property and host. Very communicative and provided all information needed for your stay at their house in a handy guide (as well as other things like attractions, dining, etc).

Family vacation

We loved our stay. The house was very clean and provided everything we needed. The pool area was clean and well cared for. The only downfall was some of the parents let their children go wild in the lazy river. The location of the house was close to all the theme parks which is also what we were looking for. We’ve already talked about staying there the next time we visit Florida.

Family Getaway

John was a very good host and responded quickly to any questions we had. Property was as described. Our family of 6 fit comfortably in the home. Short walk to the pool. We should have brought tubes for the lazy river as they are not provided.

It was ok.

Honestly, the property owner was very good. His mgmt company left some to be desired. There wasn’t a single roll of toilet paper in the house when we arrived. Not being able to use the bathroom until we went to the store was less than welcoming. But, we got over that. Then came the fees. I totally get needing to charge for the maintenance and management of the property. But, it seemed that if we didn’t do exactly what was required such as bagging up literally every single pice of trash, we were going to have to pay. For example, my daughter opened a toy we got her. She is 6 and left a tag on the floor, and if I didn’t find it before I left and throw it away, when we stopped for gas, I could have been charged despite the fact we tried to be respectful and follow the rules.

One of the Best VRBOs We’ve Ever Stayed At

Our family visits Orlando at least once a year and has been doing so for over a decade. We have stayed at a ton of different places over the years and most of them are okay but either worn out, somewhat dirty, or in serious need of remodeling. We were very pleased with John’s communication (especially with the hurricane the week before we arrived) and the place was very quiet, very clean, tastefully decorated, and very well furnished furniture-wise. One of the best we’ve stayed at. Would certainly recommend.

Perfect location and accommodation!!

We arrived to the property around 3 o’clock and hung out and had a late lunch in the Irish pub and the kids went and played in the arcade. The check process was easy. We received our bands for the property and towel cards without issue. The property management came and got us at 4 PM and said that the residence was ready. When we walked in we were awestruck. It was so clean and The accommodations were perfect. We went to the Disney parks and the drive was extremely easy. The grocery store was right up the street for some snacks would definitely stay here again. accommodation for our family fit was perfect.

Nice area and the place was clean and nice! The area is convenient and close to attractions and shopping! The pool is nice and clean and has a place to relax and eat! Just make sure you bring your cooking essentials and necessary bathroom supplies as very little is provided!

Stay for disney

The condo/house was exactly what was depicted. Comfortable and accommodating. We had no issues while there and we enjoyed the pool and the pond with all the turtles. Great communication with owner.

Overall this property was good. Had a few problems with the washer bugs and wasn’t fully cleaned like under beds dishes that were put in cabinets so had to rewash them clean trash from u see beds.

Quite place to relax

Unlike other places I have stayed at, this by far was the most relaxing. This home style house was far enough from the busy tourist area, while still close enough to what we wanted to do. Staying there for 9 days almost made me feel like it was my home. The area it is in made me start looking into buying a house and move away from Las Vegas. The property was very nice and the house was very clean. I will be recommending this home to my friends and family when they want a relaxing vacation home. Thank you John for your fast response when it came to things I felt were important issues that you should know. I hope that you have openings for use again.

Great Family Vacation Stay

John was terrific to communicate with, and was very responsive. The home worked perfectly for us with the number of beds and baths, and was very convenient to the pool, which was terrific. Check-in was very smooth with the desk being manned 24 hrs. a day, since our flight was delayed and we didn't get in until 2:00 am. Very convenient location for Disney properties and other shopping and dining as well. If we are able to return to Orlando, we would definitely stay in this home again.

Perfect Stay

John, the owner was great. Answered all of our questions before the trip quickly. Never needed to call him once we were here. Excellent property, very close to pool/recreation area, even walking distance to ice cream and publix. House was fully stocked, had enough of everything for our entire stay. Plenty of room, pillows, etc. Booked this for the same week next year! Thank you!
