Bigger than expected!

This property was much bigger than expected, which was perfect for my group stay. However, we would have appreciated additional shower towels since we did not have time to wash them ourselves due to conference attendance. Some mattresses were also lumpy, but were bearable to sleep on.

Business Trip

Chose a condo as something new for a trade show work trip - this condo was perfect. Plenty of space, close proximity to OCCC, walking distance to plenty of restaurants and amenities, clean, comfortable, etc. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Family Christmas

Let me start by saying this is our 5 th stay at Vista Cay and we love the overall location.The condo we were given on arrivaj was not what I thought I originally booked by the pictures listed. Definitely needs a deep clean. We tend to eat in since we are a large group and the kitchen is poorly stocked and what is there is extremely old. Luckily my oldest daughter lives 3 miles away so I borrowed what I needed from her. My husband always checks the furnace filters due to allergies and bringing small children and it looked liked it hadn’t been changed in months. They did send someone over to change the filter. I did request a clean kitchen towel but never receive it. However, thie beds were comfortable and the lake view is beautiful. Not sure we’ll be returning to Vista Cay will probably look for other options. Overall, the property amenities are wonderful if the weather allows you to be outside to enjoy them but overall cleanliness of the units themselves seem to be lacking.

Great property for families, near Universal area. Would stay again

We stayed in a four bedroom with two families, including 5 kids. Everyone was comfortable, pool and bar on property were nice. Central location, near universal.

We attended the Ligonier Conference down the street and it took us less than 5 minutes everyday. Great pool!

A little lacking

There was very little as far as kitchen accessories. No dish towels, really cheap cookware, odd mismatched plates that wouldn't have covered a larger family and no extra chairs as the dining table only had 4 chairs. The bedrooms were great! Dishwasher wasn't attached so it fell forward when we loaded dishes. The furniture on the patio was sun worn. Overall we could overlook all that because the set up with the 4 bedrooms was great.

Location and space

Perfect location for convention center and parks- plenty to do in close proximity to Vista Cay. Spacious unit with comfy beds, but carpets in bedrooms are stained. Nice pool and hot tub.

Great location is you are planning a trip to Universal Studios. Just minutes down the road.

The only things that were needed that property did not have, was a pizza pan and pizza cutter.

Great location

We stayed here for my niece’s 21st birthday because she wanted to go to ICON Park and Universal Studios. The location of the property to these attractions was perfect! It was also conveniently located near a Publix and some quick food options. Would definitely stay again.

Disney, Universal, Sea World Vacation

We came down to do a visit to Disney, Universal, and Sea World. The location is awesome! In relationship to the parks, it is very close to all of them with Disney being the farthest at a 20 minute drive. There is a grocery store and Walgreens are within walking distance. The unit had all the essential starter items, it was large and spacious. The beds appeared to be some type of memory foam so the mattresses were thick but soft. It is a ground floor unit in a gated community. We were able to relax by the pool a few hours after check out as we had a nighttime flight. The unit was clean but the carpets were stained. They had been recently vacuumed when we arrived but they could use a steam clean or a replacement. The common space is all tile and that really helps with the traffic and cutting down on the dirt. The ceilings are very high, maybe 12 feet and it really adds to the spaciousness. For two families traveling to all the parks it was a great space and very, very well priced.

Great stay

Very large condo with ample space and good layout. Very clean. Vista Cay is very enjoyable with the pool, lake, game room, hot tub and poolside bar and extremely close to a lot of attractions yet neighborhood is not crowded. Price was very good for the size of our unit.
