Excellent stay in Davenport
We stayed at this property from January 4th to April 7th, 2023. Overall, I would say we were delighted. It is a 4-bedroom bungalow with a garage, heated pool, and gas BBQ. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and master bath. The master bed was extremely comfortable. We did have a few issues upon arrival (pool pump and hot water tank) but they were resolved quickly. The Property Manager (Terry) was very attentive to our needs. Quiet community situated minutes from many amenities including restaurants, pharmacies, grocery stores, car wash, urgent care, police/fire, etc. Minutes off I4 and just across from Champions Gate. The community is not gated, but heavily monitored by closed-circuit cameras. Noise or parking violations are not tolerated.
In so far as the house itself, it was pretty much turnkey and contained lots of pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. The owner is clearly a chef, as there was a bounty of spices, a knife-set, an air fryer, a toaster, a blender, an excellent coffee maker, etc.
Very close to Disney, Walmart and many golf courses.
We look forward to returning next year.
