  • 4 bed 3 bath villa with a pool and spa. Prime location right next to Orlando and all it has to offer. 5 piece master bath. Sitting area by the pool in the shade. Pool is screened in and has a security alarm for children’s safety. In ground jacuzzi and heated pool (extra cost for heating the pool). Game room in the garage, smart TVs in all the rooms including the living room with free WiFi. It’s time to come relax by the pool and enjoy the comfort and privacy of your own space. With no rear neighbors. Located in Calabay Parc. Close to all the theme parks and attractions

    Pool heat is $30/day that will need to be paid at least 2 days prior to checking in so that we can get it turned on and heated prior to check in.

    We have also added an air hockey table and a foosball table to the garage game room. We also insulated and added a couple of cooling runs to the garage so it will be more comfortable for the adults and kids to play out in the garage during those hot days that you are relaxing at the house

Perfekt für Disneybesuche

Tolles Haus, alles da , nichts kaputt , sehr schöne Lage , jeden Morgen waren Eichhörnchen und Reiher zu sehen. Sehr kurzer Anfahrtsweg zu den Disneyparks, würden dieses Haus jederzeit wiederbuchen.

Family holiday

Fantastic villa and location for exploring Florida and Disney. Pictures do not do full justice to the accommodation. Would highly recommend staying here and look forward to coming back!

Great Family Spot!

Our stay was amazing! It was the perfect house for a family to vacation at. The alarm on all the pool doors was fantastic and much needed with a 5 and 2 year old. Would definitely recommend and would rent here again!

Our stay was absolutely amazing houses exactly how they tell you although I think they underrate it they should make it as more convenient accessible it really is a good place you have the pool weather didn't cooperate in the evenings for it house was clean plenty of room for everybody it was great

The home was very comfortable and well maintained. IThe pool area was pleasant and very quite .

The host thought of everything and the location made it easy to shop for anything you may need. We have book this home for next year already.

Home away from home

Such a beautiful place! I loved that it was 1 story home. The pool and hot tub was amazing treat after a long day at the parks. I would totally stay at this place again!!!

Lovely house, in a nice area, good location

Would def recommend this house and would love to stay in again. Had to contact property company couple of times, but they did help out straight away. Great location for parks etc. Rooms nicely decorated, everything you need.

Schöne Aussicht ins Grüne!

Wir (zwei Familien mit insgesamt 3 Kindern) hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und der Gamesroom und der Whirlpool wurden ständig genutzt. Die Lage des Hauses ist ebenfalls gut. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe und die Fahrt zu den Disney-Parks dauert ca.30 Minuten.

Excellent villa

We stayed here for two weeks at the beginning of July 23. The villa is in a great location and lovely quiet neighbourhood. The outside area was plenty big enough for our family of four and has a lovely enclosed area to sit out of the sun or rain!! The villa is so well equipped and has everything you need.Would definitely stay here again

My family enjoyed this home, although we only slept here at night due to us spending all day at the Disney parks. Other than traffic, everything was great.

Exceeds expectations

My wife and I had a wonderful stay. My daughters family joined for a week. First time we used Vrbo but very pleased with experience. The entire stay went without a hitch and the attention to detail was perfect. Any communications I had with the owner were dealt with promptly. Very pleased.

My stay was great. Although we checked in later than expected we still had a awesome stay. More than enough space for my group. The pool was not at warm as I would have liked was the only thing. The location and neighborhood was nice and quite.

Beautiful home

We enjoyed our stay the owners had warned us about the ants so we were sure to keep food off the counter. Had to spray a couple places that we saw them but otherwise no problems. Pool was nice we paid to have the pool heated and it was nice as was the hot tub. Grandkids had a fun time felt good to come back from the Disney parks and crawl in the pool. The house was close to a Publix grocery store which was nice. Definitely recommend

Perfect house for the 6 of us

This house was perfect for our family. Our party included my husband, myself, my parents and our two teenage children. There was plenty of space and privacy for everyone. Three bathrooms was ideal for us. The house is very clean and well equipped. The pool was beautiful and used daily. We will definitely be back!

Loved It

My family of 6 stayed at this cozy house, and we loved it. We had plenty of room, and some to spare. Loved the pool and hot tub. Quiet neighborhood. The home is warm, welcoming and cozy. Short drive to Disney, equidistant from both the Atlantic and Gulf coasts. Really, no complaints at all - we will definitely go back!!
