One of the best Vrbo properties we’ve stayed in! Our new favorite in Orlando area! The place was clean and looked great - very cute decor in each room and lots of cute Disney touches - my 5 year old was so excited every time he discovered a new “hidden Mickey” in the decorThe extras really made this place perfect, especially for a stay with a young child. Everything that we typically bring with us when traveling with kids was already there - strollers, nightlights, baby monitor, safety gates, outlet covers, games, and even pool toys. And the video game room is so clever!The location was perfect - about as close as you can get to Disney while off-property, and just down the road from a Walmart which was very convenient. Hosts were very helpful and responsive- they were proactive about letting us know about some closures at the resort pool well before our visit, and very responsive to a couple questions we had during the stay. Even stopped over same day to fix something that wasn’t working.Overall, we were very happy and will plan to check availability here first for any future trips!

We stay at Windsor hills often and this condo is Beautifully decorated. Everything you can think of is there. And communication with the owners was excellent. They answered questions and arrived to help fix a door within an hour. Will definitely be staying there again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us. We had a wonderful time

Great Time

Everything was great for our stay! The check in was smooth at the gate and already had details on how to get into the property. The townhouse was clean and great temp when entering. Pool in the back was clean and very convenient and a lot of activities going on at the clubhouse pool as well, we’ll definitely book again

We had a fantastic stay at this unit. The house was super well stocked, and so spacious and comfortable. The resort is great and had so much to do. We had no problems at all and will definitely book this unit again on our next stay in Orlando.

Amazing stay!!

The home was great. It's just has described. Very clean and had everything we needed. The one issue we had was addressed promptly. Messages answered almost immediately after being sent to the host. Awesome resort amenities. My kids lived in the pool. Great location and very close to Disney, which is what we needed. 10/10!

Great property!

We loved staying here! We had plenty of room for our family of 4. The Disney touches were a lot of fun, and our own pool PLUS the waterpark were great for our non-Disney days. Great communication with the host. Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo!!!

We had a great stay in this condo. This is our first time staying in this complex and it is beautiful! We did not use the resort amenities so we cannot answer to how those are. It looked nice as we drove by though. The condo itself was ver nicely appointed. The pool was clean and a nice temperature! We had everything we needed for our stay and was super comfortable while there. I would definitely recommend this property. Management was very communicative with us and very friendly. Checkin and checkout were super easy.

Well thought-out in accomodating secure location

Overall, 5-star villa in a 5-star location. For the few things that came up during our 2 week stay, owners very quick & prompt to respond & accomodate. This is our 4th stay w/i the Windsor Hills community, all due to either reownership or availability so all positive. We continue & plan to always return to Windsor Hills community. Secure atmosphere, lots to do, & in a great location of the area. This particular villa offered above & beyond the others. Aspects truly thought out to accomodate families away from their home. From the safety extras for younger kids (gates, plug outlets, strollers, bed rails, etc) to other unusual perks for all (heated lil pool, typically places charge extra, we did not use the pool but nice for some) also gaming closet (another feature not used from us as we have no gamers but could definitely see some liking this). Glass tops on all furniture for upkeep, smart thinking. Ooodles & ooodles of extra towels, pillows, sheets, blankets etc. Liked the Neflix feature. Everything well thought out & much appreciated. Also like that its an end unit, so if you ever had to deal w/potential noise threat (which we did not), only possibly on 1 side, not both nor top or underneath & for us, sleep is crucial so this is of value. Thank you for a positive stay to make our family's memories. Hope u were able to find our suggestions/Blessings list front & back on the fridge @ check out.

Great property, great community, great amenities.

This well decorated townhouse was perfect for our multigenerational vacation. With a bedroom on the main level and two upstairs, all with their own bathroom, everyone was comfortable and the pool in the back was great for evening swimming and relaxing after a full day out. The amenities of the community were great and easy to access. Not to mention the easy access to all the Disney parks. Would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable vacation rental with more to offer than just a place to sleep.

Perfect for a family!

Disney trip with my husband, 5yo, 3yo and Mother. Allison thought of everything!!! From car seats to pool noodles, to laundry baskets, this place was fully stocked and great for families. The outdoor pool was a great temperature and always clean. The proximity to the clubhouse was easy to walk or drive. The playground was a big plus for the kiddos. The property is right down the street from Walmart and about 15 minutes to Disney. We encountered little to no traffic. All and all, we had a wonderful experience at Allison’s place!

Great Disney stay!

Overall great experience at this house! Adorable decorations and lots of really nice touches for a family - strollers, baby gates, high chair, portacrib. They even had life vests and lots of pool toys. Great location right near Walmart and close to Epcot/Hollywood Studios, but expect lots of traffic if coming during spring break! Awesome pool and water slides for neighborhood use. The only issue we had was with the people who manage the neighborhood - security and property management office are so unhelpful and downright rude. Owner was very helpful via chat though! We would definitely stay again!

Disney family vacation

The place was conveniently located near all Disney locations. Water Park on site. The house was perfect for our family vacation. Equipped with many kids accessories (plastic plates/silverware, strollers, life jackets, pool toys, game room etc) The host was absolutely amazing and quick responses.

Great property

Windsor Hills was a nice spot, close to Disney and lots of activities for the kids (nice playground and beautiful pool). The townhouse was nice and spacious and clean. The kids loved their Disney themed bedroom and bathroom. We liked the extras for the little ones such as bed rails, playpen, strollers, etc. On the down side, the mattress in the downstairs bedroom sagged in the middle and was not comfortable. Also, we had to purchase dish cloths (there were none) and additional washcloths as there simply weren’t enough for 7 people.

Quick Disney trip

The location of this rental was very close to the parks, major grocery stores and the airport. Check in was very easy. House was exactly as described. It was so great being able to use the pack n play, high chair, kid plates/cups/utensils, bed rails and pool towels. Traveling with kids isn’t easy but these amenities helped a lot. We also got use out of the car seat. Private pool was nice to relax by when kids were napping. Community pool and splash pad were fun. Our daughter enjoyed the Mickey themed bedroom. House was plenty big for 2 adults, 3 year old and 1 year old. Thanks again for letting us stay at your place!

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at this property, we were there for nine days. Lots to do at the resort and very close to all of the Disney Parks. Having the heated pool at the townhouse was very nice for my granddaughers. The only issues we had was I did have to vacuum upon arrival in the living room and clean up a spill on the floor in the living room and a couple tacks are coming thru on the stairs that my daughter cut her foot on twice.

Enjoyed my time here

I recently stayed at the Windsor Hills vacation rental in Kissimmee, Florida from March 5th to the 10th with a group of 6 (4 adults and 2 toddlers). The rental was very clean, spacious, and modern, and provided a comfortable and convenient stay during our trip to Disney World. The rental is located just 10 minutes away from Disney, which made it incredibly easy to get to the park each day. Additionally, there were many restaurants and a Walmart down the street, making it easy to grab anything we needed during our stay. One of the highlights of our stay was the community pool, which was fantastic for both the adults and the kids. We had no issues during our stay, and I would definitely recommend this vacation rental to others looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay during their Disney vacation. Overall, a great experience and a wonderful place to stay.
