The walls needs paint touch up and updating, the carpets need a deep clean The hockey game and one of the keyboard games in the game room we’re not working properly. The refrigerator was not cooling our food and was leaking. The ironing board was broken. There were stains on the couches. The sliding door to the pool was filthy and not cleaned. One of the light fixtures was broken in one of the bedrooms. There were scratches and stains on all the walls throughout the home. The temperature in the home fluctuated the entire time one minute it was super hot upstairs very cold downstairs back-and-forth. To charge a cleaning fee, It felt like the home was not cleaned at all. The beds are very uncomfortable.

Nice place to stay

We had a nice stay overall and the house offered a great amount of space, with generously sized rooms and a fun pool area the whole family enjoyed. That said, there are a few areas that could use some attention. The carpets were a bit worn, and the beds felt overused and uncomfortable. The upstairs was noticeably hotter than the downstairs, and the air hockey machine wasn’t working. The grill had a lot of built up grease, making it difficult to use, and the pool gate was tricky to close securely. With a few updates and some maintenance, this home could be even more enjoyable. Still, we made great memories and appreciated the space for our family.

Ill start out by saying we had a great time and this absolutely fit all of us very comfortably, every bedroom was used. My biggest complaint would be the A.C and the beds. We stay in many places through out the year for work and fun and those two items are priority for us. I get that its a large house and it was in the upper 80's and low 90's when we were there, but the A.C had a hard time getting below 75 pstairs and thats just not comfortable to sleep in our opinion. The game room on the other hand felt amazing, but also had a separate unit. The beds were all the same not comfy at all. I would definitley upgrade those mattresses.This house had amazing space, the pool was perfect, the game room was also fun. If the beds were updated and the ac worked better I would stay again. Again these are just our preferences when staying somewhere. The kids loved the themed rooms and played between the room the entire trip.The neighborhood- ok way more crowded then the reviews that we found (which were not alot). Still not bad but the resort pool stayed packed. It was easy to get in and out on our trips to disney (which other reviews said otherwise) so we were happy about that. My brother had a room closest to the street and said it was loud all night long. When we were in the pool at the house the neighbors music was so loud we could not play ours. So maybe they need to enforce the noise ordinance better. Alan was great when we needed him.

Excellent location and Layout

We booked this property for a long weekend for our extended family, which was 12 adults and 5 children. Check in was super easy and the host was great about staying in touch and answering questions both before and during the stay. We loved the layout of this property, with most of the bedrooms located upstairs, along with a second living room area and movie theatre room. The kids loved all of the theme rooms, as well as the game room located in the garage. It was very well-equipped! The house was well stocked with consumables, along with a little welcomeBasket. Nice touches by the host. Although these are large houses, they are very close together, so you may hear other vacationers at times. Daily trash pick up is a bonus! We thought this property was a great fit for what we were looking for. Lots of restaurants in the area, and of course proximityTo the parks is a big plus. Highly recommend.

Family Vacation to Disney

This house was JUST what we needed for our big family vacation to Disney!! Alan was a great host and answered ALL of my questions without minutes. The house was more than we could have imagined and everything you would need to keep everyone entertained! The clubhouse was amazing as well. The ages in people who stayed with us were from age 7-86 & this house was equipped with everything we needed to entertain all of those ages!! I would definitely be back to stay here again and recommend this beautiful home to anyone going on a visit to Orlando!!

Loved the home

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! The property was spotless, well-maintained, and offered all the amenities we could ask for. The decor was charming, and we felt at home from the moment we walked in. The location was perfect – close to everything yet peaceful and quiet, ideal for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly responsive and provided all the necessary details, which made check-in and check-out a breeze. We loved every minute and would absolutely stay here again! “Highly recommended!”

Very Nice Property

This has been the most amazing home I've stayed in in this resort. It is not far from the parks, and the host is always there to help and responds quickly. The kids and adults really enjoyed themselves and what this home had to offer. When I am in the area again, I will be back!!!!!!
