There is a fee of 80 dollars a day for this service and it's a 2 day minimum. Please inform us 48 hours prior for arrangements.

Only small pets or under 40 pound dogs allowed

$150 Pet fee for each animal

Only legal service dogs are exempt, we need proper documents to waive the fee.

Any damages caused by the pet or extra cleanings will be charged

**GUEST ACCESS AND PARKING

Guests will have access to the entire house for themselves. The house has a driveway that can accommodate 2 cars and overflow parking down the road. This house features a game rooms in garages but there is lots of parking on the street as well.

We provide a small 18 inches charcoal grill at no cost
***The Charcoal grill if free upon request. It needs to be requested prior arrival or the day of arrival before 5 pm***
