There's pros and cons about the property. Pros: beautiful new resort, very quiet & hassel free parking. The security guards at the gate were extremely polite, courteous & very professional which was pleasant. The home itself was gorgeous walking into it & we thought we're so lucky to have such a nice place. There was plenty of towels & all the rooms were clean. Cons: The king bed was awful, it squeaked right when I put my hand on it to see if it was a soft bed, then I layed on it & all I could feel was springs in my back with squeaking with every little move I made. Comfort is the most important thing when I'm on vacation since people love sleeping in their own bed, but the beds here are not highly recommended for those looking for comfort because the queen bed was the same minus the squeaking. Then there's the fans only 2 out of the 5 worked & you're not allowed to put the temperature lower then 73 which was miserable due to extreme heat the entire time we were there high 90's . The private pool was nice although there was no filtration running so it got foggy after the 1st day so getting in the pool was out of the question to stay cool. The washer & dryer was super convenient although we had to take some pictures down because the whole upstairs floor vibrates when the dryer is on. The main bedroom upstairs had a private bathroom & when trying to get toilet paper the handle was not attached to the wall so it makes youfeel like you're breaking stuff right off the bat, so we just put the roll on the back of the toilet since that was the least of my worries. I would not stay in this particular home again but we were in town for the AAU Volleyball tournament & other team members & their families stayed at this resort as well & did not have the same experience we did.
